Good customer service
Cathy was very helpful and was able to print out a quotation for me at the time I visited. I was then able to phone the local Bensons the next day to confirm the order and add something. I chose Bensons because I only had to wait four weeks for delivery and they confirmed the bed would be delivered and assembled in the room.

Good but not perfect
Good service, good delivery but the mattress has some scags on which should have been noticed in quality control and not been sold as perfect, it's a lot of money so should have been perfect.

I am absolutely so angry with company do not buy from them!!! i went to buy bed and i sat with the gentlemen to discuss my order when delivery man got here they said they weren't assembling the bed I said to the guy THREE TIMES in the Shop will my bed be assembled he said yes he never mentioned anything about a fee I asked consistently for my bed to be assembled the delivery drivers came they have even broken my front door - awful company
