Friendly, helpful instore staff without being too “pushy”. Good communication for delivery. Delivery men polite & friendly & respectful of property. No complaints whatsoever. Overall a very good experience.

Very happy with service from start to finish - from going in and meeting Steve who had huge experience for us buying our bed throughout to super friendly and helpful delivery men who were very conscientious and punctual. Very good experience.

Steve was brilliant at giving my daughter and I the expertise of his knowledge. Both my daughter (disabled) and I were looking to replace our mattresses, and Steve eloquently explained the differences between mattresses before we chose the ones we needed.

Good store
From going into the store, staff were pleasant and not too pushy. We were allowed to look around and try what we wanted. We decided on a slumberland mattress (not cheap). Delivery date was good, BUT, we were disappointed on charges. Perhaps naive but buying an £1100 mattress then being charged £50 to deliver, we thought a bit mean. We did get a discount, but delivery and removal charges of old mattress outweighed this. Can't fault the experience. Just the management....

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Sales people acknowledge you and ask if you would like help but leave you to browse and then check on you which is what we liked. Great amount of beds and mattresses to choose from in a very inviting environment and very knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.
