Bensons For Beds - Livingston651 Avis

Great help from the young man that served me very helpful and polite will be going back again for anything i need

Received a warm welcome on arrival and was advised where the item I was after was located. Having made my choice, the assistant was very efficient in dealing with the purchase and looked forward to seeing me again when I go to collect my purchase.

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Felt no pressure to buy which is what made me go back and purchase from them.

We had a very pleasant experience whilst shopping with bensons for beds. Paul from the Livingston store was very helpful and spent time showing us all the different bed and mattress options. We were so impressed we called the store the same day to place our order. Very patient and nothing was too much trouble!

We chose Bensons for Beds as we needed a new mattress. The staff were very helpful and friendly and allowed us time to look at the various options. After choosing our preferred mattress the sale was dealt with efficiently and we chose the option to recycle our old mattress. The delivery process is very straightforward and updates were sent to us by text.

Fantastic staff. So helpful and knowledgeable. Bought both bedroom beds from the Livingston store. Very happy. Manager assisted both visits.

Staff went above and beyond for to help us

Clean store staff so friendly.spoke about what kind of mattress , showed us round each one and explained No pressure left us till we needed help .

Your sales lady Charleigh was very helpful and polite from the minute my Mum and I walked into your shop. She was also very knowledgeable about your products which made me very confident on giving you the sale. Charleigh is a credit to herself and Benson for Beds.

excellent service. very helpful staff

Great service from the team and when I mentioned the bed base design they mentioned the effect it would have on my options. Wasnt pressurised into a brand (I'd already selected an option and they worked with me). Would recommend. Need to see if the delivery team can match this.

The assistant was very helpful, gave us time to ourselves to talk.

We found out at the last moment that our furniture would not be delivered to our new home until 5 days after we moved in. We frantically searched for furniture that could be delivered in under a week and ended up talking to Ashley at the Livingston branch. He was incredibly helpful, going so far as to book an additional courier to ensure our mattress was delivered the afternoon we moved in. Best of all, he kept us informed almost on a daily basis so we had total confidence that we wouldn't be sleeping on the floor on our first night at home. There were two occasions we needed to call the branch and when there was no reply, they actually called us back based on their missed calls. I think that was the biggest surprise as I don't think there are many companies out there that would do that.

Very good customer service. Knowledgable and helpful
