Very good experience in the showroom, friendly knowledgeable salesman. Communication throughout was excellent. Deliver arrived bang on time and the delivery men’s were fantastic!

Restful experience
It is always unfortunate when a product fails in the early years of ownership, what separates the best companies from the rest is how they deal with it. Bensons for Beds have honoured the warranty for our otoman bed and delivered to us a newly manufactured replacement. I have to give credit to the Llandudno store for their assistance and reassurance during this process. Customer services kept us updated regarding the manufacturing timescale and delivery. We had many updates from the company and, crucially from the delivery driver on the day before and during his journey to prepare us for their arrival. The delivery team were excellent, respectful, tidy and very efficient. Highly recommended.

We had no problem with anything at your Llandudno store. Staff looked after us. We purchased 3 mattresses (1 double and two single). They were delivered when they said they were going to be and there was no issues with the delivery men.

Victoria in Llandudno was absolutely fantastic
Victoria was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process of buying my bed so easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and her excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Victoria, for all your help. Can’t wait for my new bed to arrive. I even went next door to the competitor and there service did not match.

Just Not Good Enough
We bought our new mattress from the Llandudno store to be delivered when we got home from our holidays. Everything was going ok till delivery day. Two young men came and took our old one away which we had put conveniently in the hallway. The new one was literally dragged through the main building, actually dragging on the door lock and handles, the same through the font and bedroom doors. The plastic bag ripped on the handle, how the mattress didn’t get damaged is beyond me. 2 men going at 100mph just to bring a mattress in wasn’t acceptable, no care, no communication, nothing, just sign here and off they went.
I held the door open for them to avoid any accidents, but he wasn’t playing, it was an awful experience.
It was the rushing and poor customer skills we were annoyed at.
I expected better, please and thank you are forgotten words today, manners cost nothing. Them 2 lads need training in customer ethics and learn customer care and manners.

Staff were lovely and efficient
Staff were lovely and efficient. Offered lots of advice without being pushy. I had to change delivery dates and when I called them they were polite and changed it quickly with no problems.

Craig was excellent
Craig was excellent. He was very patient, informative, and reassuring. He was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I had no idea what I wanted, walking in, but I left with confidence in my purchase, thanks to Craig.
The delivery team were also great in communication and were very punctual, they were helpful with delivery and after a week of my new mattress I can certainly say I’m certainly very happy with my experience from start to finish and would highly recommend!
