Superb service and beds
From ordering to delivery communication was 100% and so well done Bensons. Our new beds were beautifully made. Slept well.

The delivery team were courteous and helpful, placing the product in the required room and taking away the old item for disposal.

Friendly and helpful sales. Fully informed from order to delivery. Constantly updated throughout including a timed delivery with map of drivers progress and notification by telephone call approximately 1-2 hours before delivery arrival. Full build and dismantle plus removable of old furniture and packaging available

Sales assistant felt cold
Very pleased with our new mattress, but the sales assistant came across very “cold” and a little miserable. We were only shown high end mattresses so we had nothing to compare against.

Martin is a hero
We came in not expecting to find a mattress we would buy, as we had received a very good offer from an independent bed/mattress company in Loughborough. We spoke to Martin and explained our situation, and he was so helpful! He went away and came back with several really competitive options for us, and one was exactly right for us, and we were persuaded to accept his offer!
I then left my sunglasses behind in the store, and Martin rang me on my contact details and met me at the front door when he saw me coming back. Looking forward to receiving our mattress!
