He got back to me as soon as I phoned up about the mattress which was the wrong one I didn’t have any problem with the delivery. I thought there was free drivers was nice and polite. You kept me informed kept you involved right up to the last minute.

Store guys spot on. Communication after not great
The guys in store helped out a lot. Not pestering us as soon as we walked in. That's what made us go back in. Helpful and give us more options than what they had on display.
The communication after order place hasn't been great. Not knowing exactly what was being delivered and only getting the wardrobe delivered but not the bedside table. We should of been made aware this would be coming separately. Still waiting on 2 items to be delivered so hopefully the communication will be better.

The base and mattress arrived but the headboard didn’t.
The base and mattress arrived but without the headboard. This arrived some 2 weeks late. However, the installers were excellent and efficient and removed all packaging.

Manchester White City
We'd been looking for a bed for a while and tried several shops. Bensons White City were the only ones that had all the beds we wanted to try out which meant having to travel to Manchester on the Saturday. On arrival, Marcus was brilliant. He was polite, professional and friendly, but most importantly, he knew his stuff. It was important for us to invest in the right bed, so the journey had to matter. After maybe an hour and a half of checking beds and pillows, we purchased an iGel natural 5000i firm kingsize. Thank you Marcus and thank you Bensons for Beds White City
