There was no refund for the delivery…
There was no refund for the delivery charges, and the delivery address was not changed as requested. I previously purchased two mattresses from your company, and this time I ordered four beds. However, I am extremely disappointed with your service. After taking my payment, there has been no follow-up or communication at all. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.

Incorrect bed base delivered
Everything seemed to go well with the order process but the wrong bed base was delivered, due to an error in the inputting of the item code, of which I was unaware. I am now having to wait a further 4 weeks for the correct item. So, overall, not impressed, although delivery men and store staff were very polite, apologetic and helpful.

I had a great experience at Bensons for Beds in White City. I bought a wardrobe and three chest of drawers, all of which were very reasonably priced and exactly what I was looking for. The lady who served me struck the perfect balance. She gave me plenty of space to browse without any pressure, but made it clear she was available if I needed help.
Her approach made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I’d happily shop here again and would definitely recommend this store.
