The member of staff that helped us (Tommy) was fantastic. He welcomes us and then left us to it, and when we were ready to ask questions he was more rhan accommodating! He's a great guy.

Exceptional
From initial visit to the store recognising the knowledge of sales person to the placing of the order and right through to delivery the experience without doubt exceeded my expectations.
The ability to change delivery dates as many times as required without charge worked perfectly for me having had to work around builders completion dates.
The delivery crew were also 5 star, courteous friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble
Will definitely use bensons again not only on price but on exceptional service

Expensive and no real after sales.
I purchased an expensive bed frame and mattress- 3.5k total 13-14 months ago
It was a tv frame and had very minor issues with remotes and bed speaker doesn’t work to this day.
But my main complaint is the mattress we were advised to go for a firm one and we tried it out but over time it has hardened and become firmer leading us to back pain and neck pain most mornings.
I recently enquired with the company to see if there after sales would help us with a mattress topper to soften it but they’ve had their money and not truly interested in our comfort. Not even 2 years and I already want a new mattress but in the future when I do look for a new mattress I won’t be using bensons.
