Bensons For Beds - Peterborough Avis 

Andy at the Peterborough store was great, there was no pressure sales tactics. We took as long as we needed but the main thing is the knowledge and experience got us to the right place. The delivery was on hold as the house move was delayed but there was no fuss.

When the time came the delivery team took their time and ensure the house was protected getting upstairs, bed is a fantastic product.

The process was simple informative and without undue pressure.

We had such an informative sales guy called David who was lovely and not pushy. He took his time with us in understanding our needs and helped us navigate the right mattress for my health issues. He was superb!

We visited the store to try out mattresses. Ryan at the Peterborough store was very helpful. Once we decided which one we liked he took us the ordering process which was easy and delivery was only a few weeks later. The guys who delivered our mattress were polite and asked if we wanted them to remove shoes. They took the mattress up and put it on the bed for us and took away our old mattress. They took away all the packaging too.

The Salesman in the Peterborough branch (?Dave) was fabulous. He really listened to what we wanted and guided us accordingly. The mattress was available promptly and the delivery drivers (Paul and Brian) were also wonderful and kept us updated re. delivery time. There is some minor damage in the form of snagged threads and we were offered replacement or a discount, which was not as generous as we would have expected, hence the loss of one star.

The gentleman that served us David was really nice and pleasant, he was very good in helping me to sort out my bed and how I sort my delivery out

Helpful advice and no pressure selling - excellent service

Very easy process and helpful staff from order to delivery.

We had to wait has the assistant was with someone for a while. When he Finished with the customer he did apologise for our wait and our patience. We laid on quite a few beds and found one we liked. The assistant was very helpful. At the end he did tell us about a bed we could have laid on for maximum comfort. But we never got that option. No worries we are very happy with the bed we chose.

We were left to look at the products with Andy checking in on us from time to time and giving advice or information as appropriate. It was a friendly welcoming atmosphere, the process to order was relatively straightforward and we have received email updates since and are currently waiting for our order.

Excellent experience using Benson for Beds and served by David at the Peterborough store. Answered all our questions, and we had a follow up query which David dealt with professionally with the Customer at the heart of his role. Thank you David.

Delivered on time, called ahead to give me notice. Carried up to bedroom. Very polite.
