We had to wait has the assistant was…
We had to wait has the assistant was with someone for a while. When he Finished with the customer he did apologise for our wait and our patience. We laid on quite a few beds and found one we liked. The assistant was very helpful. At the end he did tell us about a bed we could have laid on for maximum comfort. But we never got that option. No worries we are very happy with the bed we chose.

Friendly atmosphere, helpful advice
We were left to look at the products with Andy checking in on us from time to time and giving advice or information as appropriate. It was a friendly welcoming atmosphere, the process to order was relatively straightforward and we have received email updates since and are currently waiting for our order.

Excellent Customer service
From the shop floor to the installation to the production been great, staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable. The installation team were also friendly and tidy, took all their rubbish and the old bed. Made sure we knew how it all worked before they left.
The bed itself is very comfortable and the storage it provides is wonderful

Great products and service
I ordered over the phone to the Peterborough store and spoke to a lovely man, who placed my order seamlessly. The delivery drivers were polite and considerate and placed my items in the rooms of my choice. The items I brought were of great quality and they were very reasonably priced. A great experience all round.

Gentleman that served me in the store…
Gentleman that served me in the store was helpful and courteous. He didnt hassle me like other stores do when you walk in. He explained everything to me from start to finish of the sale. The communication was fantastic . Regular updates and welcome pack given also. Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Great experience
Great in the store, really helpful. Delivery exactly as planned and on time with phone calls to let me know when they were 20 minutes away. The bed was really well packed and easy to put together.
