Delivery and service was excellent. Bedbase looked good and strong in the shop.. but once delivered.. its just cheap wood structure... cheap plastic brackets to connect two half bases...metal would... Voir plus

When we went to the store the salesman…
When we went to the store the salesman greeted us then left us to look on our own. When we were ready to choose he gave us loads of advice. After purchase Benson's kept us updated all the time,the delivery was on time with a phone call half an hour before arriving,when they arrived they were polite respectful took shoes off delivered to room of our choice and took the packaging away.

Popped into the Rayleigh store having previously researched online as to the bed I wanted. The young man in the shop was very helpful, no pressurised selling. I later on had a query that I contacted the shop about and my mind was put at rest. The bed arrived on time, very polite and helpful staff from start to finish an overall good experience although can’t say the same for putting the bed together 🥴 as my other half opted to do this with my help but we got there in the end.

Fantastic service and helped out pick out the mattress that suited our needs.
Vicky the manager at the Rayleigh branch was very helpful, gave us all the information we needed and excellent customer service.

Fantastic customer service !!
Fantastic customer service and sales knowledge from Vicky at the Rayleigh branch on Boxing day. She literally went through the whole store with my daughter to talk her through mattress options to go with her chosen bed.
We later had to re-arrange our delivery due to work commitments and she talked us through that with ease over the phone.
The two contractors that arrived to deliver the bed and assemble it were on time, courteous great with our dog and did a fantastic job!
We received regular text updates to advise us of our delivery and a time frame nearer the date so we knew we did not have to be home all day.
This is the second great service we have received from Vicky and the team and we would highly recommend.

Tried out several beds. Took advice from james and his colleague on which firmness to try and different brands that would suit our needs. Ordering was easy and our mattress arrived a week later. A smooth process.
