Would definitely recommend Bensons
Sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly which assisted my choice of mattress. Admin and communications regarding my order were very efficient and the delivery was on time and courteous.

A pleasant change, being allowed to have a look at the selection of beds without pressure from sales staff, who let me know they were there to help but happy to let me browse. Unlike my experience at the Biggleswade store, which almost prevented me entering the Stevenage store.

We had such a great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, and there were so many beautiful design options to choose from.
We really appreciated being able to take our time to decide without feeling rushed or pressured. Tara gave us outstanding service, offering plenty of options and explaining each step clearly and honestly. Her friendly and professional approach made the whole process enjoyable.

The staff were very helpful but not pushy.
Leaving us to browse the store at our leisure before seeking their expert advice.
When it transpired that the mattress we insisted on buying, even though the member of staff did try and nudge us towards a firm not extra firm needed replacing. This time we listened more intently and bought what turned out to be the correct one which we would not give up for anything.

A Good Experience.
The manager of the Stevenage store was very professional and helpful in guiding us through each stage of the process of choosing a bed and made it a stress free experience.
We put it on a Home Buy Purchase and it was another 3 months before we exchanged and were able to finally put in our order. The manager rang to check whether we had moved and was always very understanding.
The delivery was good as well, so we would highly recommend the Benson's experience.
