Carol, the member of staff was amazing. She took time with us to make sure we bought the perfect pillows and mattress to suit our needs. She was very professional and we really appreciated the way she dealt with our purchases. Thank you.

All the staff were friendly and helpful especially when I picked up the mattress. Everything was ready. Very efficient.

Great service in store, bed delivered on time and good quality

We were approached fairly quickly asking if we needed any help. Advice and information was given. We were then left to browse before being approached again. We asked a question which the employee was able to answer and then we bought the two pillows. Having to complete paperwork and sign it is a bit annoying if you're in a hurry, however, as previous customers this didn't take too long.

I wasn’t happy about certain information given to me at sale paid a lot of money filled in a online form regarding my experience and because of it wished to cancel my order but got no response that was a few days ago

Excellent customer service from entering the shop until leaving.

Mistakenly bought an ‘Emma’ mattress ‘online’ (£900.00) less than a year ago. However, back pain issues persisted & after visiting Vets4Pets (next door) decided to just pop in & seek advice as perhaps the mattress being the issue. So I left my wife outside as we had our two Schnauzer puppies with us.
Upon entering the store I was warmly welcomed by Autumn, Simon & Paul & after explaining our situation was invited to bring my wife & the puppies into the store. Amazing, as it can be difficult for dog owners to shop under certain circumstances.
We left the store after purchasing a ‘Sealy Newton’ King size mattress, two deep pillows & two ‘Tempur Cloud Smartcool’ pillows.
Autumn was very knowledgeable & after hearing our issues with back struggles, she had no hesitation in suggesting what turned out to be a complete success both for myself & my wife. Indeed we both left the store with renewed enthusiasm & most of all confidence in what we were buying. (Bearing mind I only popped in to get advice)
The new mattress & pillows were delivered within a week & I must congratulate this company on their high level of customer service, updates regarding delivery, delivery itself was quick & expertly done. New bedding in place & old mattress removed within 15 minutes thanks to the delivery crew.
First class service by everyone at Bensons & a special thank you to Autumn for her kindness, patience & expert knowledge.
Best nights sleep as a result !!

We were well looked after. Options were explained to us in great detail and we were helped to make the right choice for us. Only gave 4 out of 5 as my partner felt awkward lying on a bed inshore.

Went in to try and buy a Simba mattress, came away purchasing the Tempur after trying both. Helpful friendly staff member Maria helped us through the process. Delivery was good, kept informed along the way. Cant fault the service. Mattress just delivered so i'm hoping we get on with it.
