The assistant ( Amanda) was very helpful without being pushy. We had an idea of what we wanted and she was able to show us a number of options without trying to influence our decision. There are around a hundred beds and mattresses on show , so would be difficult to choose without the assistant’s guidance . Really good to see so many ‘“ in person” definitely prefer to choose a new bed this way rather than online. Highly recommend both the store and Amanda in particular

Mike was very helpful during our purchase. We had seen a product online and wanted to see if it was inspire. Mike approached us, with absolutely no pressure, just to check if we were okay or had any questions. He was able to help us with everything we had to ask and any queries and helped to ensure we had the best deal possible.

The instore assistant Faye, at the Festival Park store was polite, courteous and helpful. She went the extra mile in explaining both purchase and delivery options. The delivery team were again, very courteous removing shoes and checking the delivery path to the bedroom and provided advice on cleaning and rotation.

This review is for Bensons for beds, and not my mattress as I've not had it long enough to decide what I think. Store interaction was excellent, and Tom at the festival park was very patient and understanding. Bensons kept me fully updated, and the delivery was first class. Many thanks to all.

Extremely happy with the bed in general. I was a bit wary initially about buying a bed online, not being able to see how firm the mattress is first, but I honestly didn't need to be. I also needed to amend my original order, which I did via email. It was dealt with promptly and professionally. The delivery men were courteous and on time, they also brought shoe covers when bringing the bed into carpeted area. The bed was so well-packaged that it took me ages to actually get at it! It arrived in perfect condition and with all the attachments. Overall I am very pleased with the bed, it looks top-notch and is super comfy.

The store staff (Faye & Leigh) Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent) were first class, very informative and helpful and no sales pressure, which was refreshing.
The delivery was precisely to a date of our choosing and the mattress (Tempur) was well priced and is fantastic. We will be going back for a new bed in our spare room when ready.

The delivery men respected my wishes in covering their shoes. They built my bed very efficiently and quickly. They asked me exactly where I wanted my bed positioned and they unwrapped the mattress and placed it the right side up for me. I would definately recommend Bensons to family and friends.

Leigh was helpful, informative,knowledgeable, but best of all left us alone to decide on our choice of bed in comfort. Top marks all round.

Would recommend the Stoke‑on‑Trent store for great customer service and helpful advice on bedroom furniture. It’s a large store with a good range of products. Staff are friendly and not pushy, and Leigh is especially knowledgeable, offering excellent guidance on beds and mattresses to suit your needs.
