Excellent Customer Service
The staff at the Festival Park, Stoke on Trent branch of Bensons for Beds were excellent and in particular, Leigh. He made our visit a pleasurable experience. We bought a new bed, mattress and a separate replacement mattress for our son’s bed. All handled expertly, initially by Mike and finalised by Leigh. Both showed great knowledge in their products and a willingness to accommodate our needs. Great customer service and highly recommended.

Mike was really helpful in the store. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try and persuade us to buy more expensive than we wanted. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We came away with exactly what we went in for and happy.

Staff at festival park
Staff at festival park, Hanley were very helpful, especially Faye who was extremely patient with us.
All along Bensons kept us informed of the delivery, which arrived on time.
The quality of the bed is great. Would recommend Bensons for beds.

Good experience. Good price.
Polite, helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant. Good choice, we were looking for a fold away guest bed and there were several types to choose from. We found exactly what we wanted. Competitive price. Were able to deliver within one week. Delivery went well, bed taken upstairs for us.
