Would recommend the Stoke‑on‑Trent store for great customer service and helpful advice on bedroom furniture. It’s a large store with a good range of products. Staff are friendly and not pushy, and Leigh is especially knowledgeable, offering excellent guidance on beds and mattresses to suit your needs.

A great experience all-round
A great experience all-round. The staff were engaged and happy, provided knowledge when they saw we were struggling and then gave us space to make a decision.
Mike was excellent, answered specific questions about the product and then walked us through the ordering process.

Great Customer Service
Mike was very informative and patient as I worked my way around various beds, he listened well and was able to suggest the best bed to suit my needs, he didn't rush at all or apply any pressure, I felt confortable trying different beds amd very confident in my choice. Mike made this a pleasant experience and definitely had an impact on the sale.

Simon and Neil (I'm not sure of the second name) arrived and built our sleigh bed from Bensons. They were as helpful and accommodating as their colleagues on the sales floor. Nothing was to much trouble. I highly rate them.
