Faye was very helpful and informative. Making sure we understood the various different items she was showing us. No pressure for any particular one. Very good experience

Told the salesman what I wanted. He had the perfect bed in the clearance section and did us a good deal on a mattress. Great experience

Not happy with service. Headboard fitters phoned when already outside, not in advance. Let himself into our garden, despite there being warning signs about dogs. I then had to put dogs away, which was made a lot more difficult because they were now trying to get the intruder (doing their job) could have been made easier if they just called in advance or even not let themselves into the garden without permission. Fitter not happy with headboard - said it was the 1st time he’d seen it and worked for bensons over 10 years. Very grumpy. Said he’d spent too long here on this job because hole were not pre drilled. Seemed like my fault as the customer. Very grumpy man - I made my husband deal with him at the end so I didn’t have to talk to him again. He was with a much younger lad, who was trying to quicken him along. It wasn’t a pairing I would have made personally - bit of a clash that made it awkward for me as the customer. Large amount of cellophane left behind. Terrible service, that could have easily ended up in a serious tragedy. Staff training required. Frustrating as the product itself, is excellent.

Very good approach and very knowledgeable

I’m not a big believer in writing reviews, front of house and customer service should be a given within this day of shopping experience. Large companies spend lot of time, money and effort into training staff, customer satisfaction should always be there. However, on this occasion, I must give outstanding praise where due. We popped in purely by chance at 16:28 on a Sunday afternoon. Shop staff must have thought “we have a pair here”. Nothing was too much for the staff, we felt appreciated and a purchase was made. Special thanks to all the staff (everyone in the Bedson Bed team played their part). Tom, our service advisor, deserves a special mention, went above and beyond. Thank you again to all and would definitely recommend the Hanley, Festival Site branch.

The lady was very helpful and answered my questions about the best mattresses and explained the difference between them

The man who help us find a bed was so helpful and patient with us we wanted a bed as quick as possible and he did that he even offered to come fit the headboard as they were being delivered separately will defo recommend to Everyone we know who’s looking for a new bed

We asked to see ottoman beds and were shown all the ones available, the price and any offers that were available at the time. We were then left alone to review and discuss our options. Any questions we asked were answered efficiently which made it easy to narrow our choices down. We decided which we wanted with no pressure from the sales person. All paperwork was dealt with easily and quickly and we were given the first available delivery date which was less than a week away. We can't wait to get our new bed, which is being assembled by them on arrival and the old one taken away. We would highly rerecommend going to Bensons for

Excellent service

I was looking for a mattress something that would help me sleep better as going through the menapause and a few health issues has left me waking up tired on the mattress I already have at home.
My daughter recently purchased an IGEL mattress at benson which I tried out and found very comfortable.
Jake at bensons helped me find the right mattress for me and was also in the sale so a good buy.
Can’t wait to get it delivered in the hope that when waking up have a sleeping I will feel rested .

We had visited Bensons previously, but to generate a wider awareness of what was on offer we also visited several competitors. Unfortunately for them the no fuss, no pressure and full product awareness of your staff outstripped everyone else and we were happy to return and purchase a new mattress and accessories.

The bed and the price are exceptional including the delivery just a pity the mattress came on the stated delivery date but we had to wait for the bed itself for a further 8 days beyond the stated delivery time it's the only thing stopping 5 stars
