Excellent staff in store
Excellent staff in store, the lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
She allowed me time to try out beds & did not rush me into buying and told me to take my time. I went back a second time to finally decide between 2 mattresses and the same lady helped me without being pushy.

NEEDED A MATRESS FOR MY BAD BACK SPOKE WITH AILSA IN STORE SHE WAS AMAZING TRIED OUT LOTS OF BEDS SHE WAS SO PATIENT AND SO HELPFUL WE FOUND A LOVELY BED BOUGHT IT CANT WAIT FOR NEXT WK DELIVERY ! ALL STAFF IN STORE WERE DRESSED IN HALOWEEN EVEN HAD TREATS FOR THE KIDS FABULOUS STAFF & STORE THANKYOU AILSA SO MUCH FOR FABULOUS SERVICE !

A very good experience when taking my…
A very good experience when taking my 82yr old Mum to purchase a new mattress in store. The sale advisor was friendly, helpful and showed us around without being in our faces. She explained any queries we had and my Mum decided on a mattress with no hassle. It'll be delivered Fri she can't wait as she couldn't get on with her new memory foam mattress.
