Excellent customer service
The customer service at Bensons for Beds is always exceptional and the quality of the products, brilliant. Carol Anne helped me to choose the right Ottoman divan bed for me and my partner, she was very patient, friendly and helpful. The price was really good, but it was the outstanding customer service that made me decide once again to buy at Bensons for Beds and not at other similar shops. Thank you!!

Happy to recommend Bensons for Beds (Wigan). The service I received from Carole was exemplary! She helped me to choose the right mattress for my needs using the clever techno machine to determine between a soft, medium and firm mattress, then I was able to try four different ones on the shop floor until I determined which was the best one for me. Great shopping experience
We met Debbie on arrival to store who gave us an opportunity to walk round and search for what we wanted. We asked Debbie for advice and guidance which she gave us brilliantly and with integrity. Bought 2 beds. Would highly recommend.

Quick decision well made
Nipped into look around, asked if we needed help but left to browse. Found an ex display model at a steal of a price and asked about it, Sales person was great and after deciding to buy had a free mattress protector and care kit thrown in for free. Very happy customer.

The store is full of beds and mattresses obviously but trying to find the one that’s for you isn’t easy. Enter a member of staff called Carol whose information and help were invaluable and she took the time to concentrate on our needs. We are now awaiting our new bed and mattress to arrive in less than three weeks time. Lots of communication from the company regarding delivery details so we we’re very pleased.
