I recently rented a property through Beresfords in Billericay and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The whole team was incredibly helpful, professional and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Moving home can be stressful, but they made everything straightforward and kept me informed every step of the way.

A special thank you to Lynn, James and Paul for all their support, patience and assistance. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their friendly approach made a real difference.

I would highly recommend Beresfords Billericay to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. Thank you again for all your help!

We recently put our house on the market…

We recently put our house on the market with Beresfords Estate Agents and from day one we were extremely well looked after by Charlotte Micallef and Josh Sutherland.
Both Charlotte and Josh were very professional, approachable, and supportive. Selling a house can be stressful, but their communication, knowledge, and calm approach made the whole process feel more manageable.
Unfortunately, we had to remove our house from the market for personal reasons, and even though by then they had sold our property, they fully understood our situation, and we never felt they were disappointed we had to pull out of the deal.
We really appreciated this and would highly recommend both of them, and Beresfords Estate Agents, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The Best Estate Agent Experience We Could Have Asked For

We cannot thank Charlotte Micallef and the team at Beresfords Upminster enough for everything they did for us during the sale of our home. From the very first meeting, Charlotte stood out from the other agents we had round. She was honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy and incredibly professional. Unlike other agents who simply told us what we wanted to hear, Charlotte gave us genuine advice about the market, our property and the best strategy to achieve the strongest result — and she absolutely delivered.

What we loved most about Charlotte was her honesty and straight-talking approach. There is no nonsense or false promises with her, she says it exactly how it is, and in this industry that is incredibly refreshing. It gave us complete confidence that we were in the right hands from day one. Local people in Upminster spoke so highly of her before we instructed Beresfords, and now we completely understand why. If you are selling in Upminster, we genuinely would not go anywhere else.

Charlotte went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She cared about us, our sale and getting us the best possible outcome. She kept us calm during stressful moments, always made herself available and worked tirelessly to get our sale through successfully. She is clearly passionate about what she does and that shows in the service she provides.

She also has an incredible team behind her who truly are a dream team. Everyone worked together seamlessly to get our house sold and you can really tell they all care about their clients and support one another. The communication was excellent throughout and we always felt informed and looked after. They worked so hard for us and ultimately achieved a fantastic price for our home.

I also have to say, after previously buying through another local agent, Balgores, the difference in service was night and day. Sadly, our experience there was very poor and we often felt misled. Working with Charlotte and Beresfords made us realise what a professional, honest and high-quality estate agency service should actually look like. The level of care, communication and professionalism Charlotte provides is far above many other agents in the area.

Charlotte is a huge asset to Beresfords and they are incredibly lucky to have her leading the Upminster office. We were so grateful for everything she did for us that we even bought her a Fortnum & Mason hamper as a thank you — and she truly deserved it!
