Great Help With Our Deposit Return
After checkout, Jazmin supported us throughout the whole deposit return process and communicated very well between us and the landlord. Thanks to her help and professional handling of the discussions, we received our full deposit back. She was always responsive, helpful, and understanding.

Kasey Vann at Beresfords Witham is everything an estate agent should be, kind, caring, and absolutely not the stereotype we so often hear about. From start to finish, she was thorough, proactive, and always kept in touch. Any time I needed to speak with her, she either answered straight away or made sure to get back to me promptly.
This review is from my experience as a buyer, and I also want to acknowledge how supportive she clearly was of the sellers. Communication throughout was clear, honest, and professional, which made the whole process feel calm and well managed. It genuinely felt like a collaborative working relationship, with everyone kept informed at every stage.

5 Star Service
There are many estate agents in Upminster, therefore competition is fierce. As a vendor, I initially chose another agent because they were cheaper — but it quickly became obvious that it doesn't come down to cost. The difference in service when I moved over to Beresfords was apparent in so many ways and I only wish I had gone with Charlotte from the very beginning.
Charlotte Micallef, the Senior Branch Manager, is the heart and drive of the office. She is everything you would want in an estate agent — honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind and incredibly hardworking. She genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me and guided me through the entire process with confidence and clarity.
What really sets this office apart from others is the team behind her. They are an absolute dream team. Whether it was James, Josh or Sharon, everyone worked together seamlessly and always knew exactly what was going on with my sale. They are proactive, constantly communicating, and always on hand to help — even if they were busy, they would always call back. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you could really feel that they were all working together to get the best outcome for me.
You can truly tell they are like a little family — the teamwork, support and communication between them is second to none, and that reflects in the service they provide.
Some standouts for me are:
The way they target the market audience, their marketing strategy knows no bounds and like I said the whole team were invested and committed.
Once onboard, they send you an online portal to upload all important documents and information regarding your sale so its there ready to go once the property has been sold. They also have a panel of solicitors that they use and coming from a legal background I was sceptical. However, having done my research, the legal team on their panel not only came out more cost effective, they operate on a no completion no fee basis and not all law firms offer this.
Charlotte viewed the property and brought it back to life. The photos looked stunning and the brochure and description was very professional.
Once the sale goes through, they have a progression team which is so helpful for the vendor and buyer to help push things through as quickly and effectively as possible.
I knew, for me, it was the right decision but just to satisfy my curiosity, one last thing I did was to go on Rightmove and check the stats on how the agents were doing in the area and Beresfords came on top.
So if you are thinking of selling in Upminster, don’t make the mistake I did — go straight to Beresfords and ask for Charlotte Micallef. You will be in the best possible hands.
