I recently made a purchase. It was just a small top up replacement order. A few items were broken. I contacted to let them know & I was soon replaced.

The pleasant thing was that even though it was a small order I was well looked after which is so nice & dont experience often. Will continue to use again.

Had the need to purchase some new glasses and Bentons had just what I was looking for (fresh juice and hi-ball glasses). I only needed 4 of each, but minimum order was 12, which didn't concern me as they'd need to be replaced over time in any event and at least now, I have them squirrelled away, but for others I guess the ability to order smaller quantities would be good. They arrived in a few days and were very well packaged, so no damage at all, which was great. Would happily order again if the need arose and would recommend as they have a good selection to choose from.

The best thing was Benton’s personal response to my queries as they promptly reply to emails and courteously tolerated my various anxieties about the date of delivery etc.i wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Nice easy to use website and good range of products. Delivery took a little longer than expected at 12 working days but we weren't in a rush. Unfortunately on delivery we found one of the 12 glass dishes was broken, although the packaging seemed reasonably well protected. Sad, but we didn't really need 12 dishes anyway.
