I enjoy working with BHW - I have done several transactions with them in the last 18 months and plan to keep taking my business there for the foreseeable future.

A very professional almost impersonal start to a sale and purchase transaction ended well with the conveyancer Paige going above and beyond to ensure a much needed tight exchange and completion.
Complications with the whole process were so very stressful and at times upsetting, Paige was cool, calm and collected with all communications with me and at times I know I tested her patience! Thank you Paige for getting me through it all! Would recommend BHW.

My flat sale was handled by Jennie, Betül and team. From the initial contact I was extremely impressed by the professional communication from Frankie, I had been with a previous solicitor whose firm had then been taken over and I was left in the lurch. Team at BHW listened to my concerns and set out a plan of action. Despite the complexities of selling flats the team were highly experienced and clearly knew what they were doing. I felt very reassured throughout that they were progressing the sale. Emails were always responded to in a timely manner and I was updated throughout. I can’t fault the service and will definitely use them again.

BHW SOLICITORS ENDERBY LEICESTERSHIRE DO NOT USE! My buyer used these awful ‘solicitors’ who do not know how to manage expectations of a chain and cannot provide simple updates to a chain. Particularly Conveyancer ‘ES’ and her assistant PG, when my solicitor was politely asking for updates from them, their response would be “how long is a piece of string” and proceed to laugh. This was highly unprofessional. This solicitor cost me £500 in removal costs as we had email stating they were ready to complete and would not exchange until day of completion causing an unwavering amount of stress and anxiety on what was supposed to be a happy day. Removal van was packed up, my solicitor was constantly ringing them for an update and Conveyancer ‘ES’ was avoiding our calls. Only then did Partner from BHW at the firm step in to ring my solicitors and state “if I knew completion had been suggested then I would’ve advised against it as they were awaiting something from their lender still”. The Partner now agreeing that Conveyancer ES was incapable in her job and did not manage our expectations. They did not want to provide a gesture for this even though they admitted they shouldn’t have advised they weren’t ready to complete. Shocking customer service and no empathy as human beings!!
