Fantastic Customer Services! Holly was so warm friendly and extremely helpful when purchasing my Mum's 90 Birthday present. Highly recommend this company! :)

Very reasonably priced, arrived very quickly and I love it, really good quality & looks fab

Ordered a new garden table and chairs less than a week ago and it’s arrived and we’ve got it all set up. Simple assembly. Amazing quality, beautifully made and finished and with free cushions! I can see it’s going to last a long time. Emma and the team were fabulous, super helpful and I’ll definitely be going back for more. Thanks so much.

Great value stone planter, delivered very promptly. I bought this as an extra birthday gift. Original planter and a good use of recycled materials which will last almost forever unlike terracotta and faux lead. It is now adorning our terrace coffee table planted with a woolly thyme cascading over the edges

Had a problem ordering online, phoned the company, took a little time to get through.
When I did get through, spoke to Emma who resolved the issue very quickly and was able to order the items, which were delivered the next day.
Excellent service and very pleased with the garden mirrors.
Great quality.

Ordered two of the metal dragons which are amazing. One of the colours I had chosen was not available but I was contacted straight away with an apology and alternative colours to choose from which were just as amazing. Both dragons arrived within 24 hours and were soon pride of place in my garden. The quality is of a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I would definitely use this company again. 5 star treatment all the way .

I would highly recommend this seller. The fireplace set we purchased is a fantastic product that has set off our fireplace. Really quick delivery as well.

A lovely little mirror, great quality, posted really quickly and excellent customer service from Rhiannon. I would definitely recommend and purchase from them again.

Wow absolutely love the bronze lady and man proposing to each other. This was the perfect gift for our 8 year anniversary. Arrived very quickly too. Thank you well recommended.

Just received this and I absolutely love it! Bought as a gift but might need to get one for myself. Many thanks from a very happy customer

I was looking for a Miniature Schnauzer themed gift for my cousin as a thank you gift which also incorporated her love of her garden. I searched Etsy and found this Schnauzer hanging basket bracket, which was perfect! I ordered it on the Sunday and it arrived at their door on the Tuesday and by Wednesday it was proudly hanging at the front of their farmhouse in pride of place and they absolutely love it.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this small and very friendly business to everyone, you won’t be disappointed!

Holly was amazing! Sorted my problem immediately, no hassle, I now have a replacement item dispatched immediately, well done Holly, she deserves a five star customer service award 🥇
Thank you sarah

Excellent customer service when product was slightly imperfect, replacement sent out straight away and return procedure was explained and made so easy.

Having searched various shops and websites I came across a lovely mosaic bistro set with this company. Good price and quality sounded good. As I was going away and didn't want to miss the opportunity of the discounted price I phoned the company and spoke to Sue who was very helpful and said she would hold my order and despatch ready for delivery on my return. The bistro set arrived as promised and I can honestly say I am delighted with my purchase. Its lovely and sturdy of a very high quality and looks good in my garden. I would definitely recommend using this company and thanks Sue for your help.

Goods arrived on time. Exactly what I wanted. Excellent product and service. Would definitely use again.

Really quick, well packaged delivery of beautiful ceramic daffodils. Very well made, lovely flowers with wire stems which can be cut down to size easily and moved into different orientation. Will likely order more! Ordered via Etsy - great service from Rhiannon.

We found Black Country Metal Works by chance while looking for a large kadai for our new garden. The customer service from Sue was brilliant from start to finish. The kadai itself is stunning and has become the main centerpiece of our garden layout. We love it so much we are now waiting for the matching tripod to finish the look. Highly recommended!
