Black Country Metal Works Avis

Really happy with my purchase. I received great customer service and prompt answers to my questions. I would absolutely buy from this company again and hope to do so soon.

Seller responded immediately to question about hanging loop (there is one) - the mirror was despatched immediately and arrived the next day, well packaged and exactly as described. Ben and Rhiannon could not have been more helpful. Recommend this seller.

I was delighted with the 3 items I bought recently (2 brushed bronze stags and 'Chical' spotted doe). They were just as I imagined and now stand proudly in my garden. The workmanship is outstanding. Delivery was perfect and quick and the packaging very thorough

I've recently bought one of their two seater wrought iron garden swings. I'm impressed with the quality of workmanship and the value for money - especially given the price of a good quality wooden equivalent. It was a 60kg item that was particularly securely packaged with each section well protected. The paint finish looks pretty good too, but time in the now extremes of British weather will put that to the test. ThIs was a near seamless buying experience that would have been perfect if I'd been provided with a tracking number for the delivery pallet. Whilst the pallet company did initially phone me to arrange a delivery day, there was a one day delivery delay and having the tracking number would have helped communication. It turned out that Black Country didn't have that info either, so perhaps this is something they could improve on. In spite of the tracking incident I think they still deserve 5 stars.

We bought the Mary Poppins weather vane and it exceeded our expectations of quality. Great service and we’ll definitely be buying from this business again. Rhiannon was great throughout our whole experience of purchase :)
We’ve had so many compliments from people passing by. Thanks so much!

Blown away with my item. Both unique and stunning, the colours are perfect and the design is beautiful. I will definitely use again. Quick delivery too.

The helpful telephone call with Sue Ford after having difficulty with the payment system on line (she looked into that and immediately realised the problem) secured an order for a male deer. Sue was informative, friendly and the ordering experience excellent. The courier kept us informed of delivery time and was accurate with his time of arrival. The actual product is amazing, beautifully crafted, so life like, well packed and the recipient was over the moon with her birthday gift. We have no hesitation in recommending Black Country Metal Works.

Lovely picture frames and speedy delivery! I've bought several for my home and as gifts.

Lovely item, fast delivery, amazing quality

Bought a little plant sign from these guys on Etsy, and was delighted when it arrived. Such high quality for the price point, can't wait to gift it to my friend!
Thank you to Rhiannon who runs their Etsy! 🧡

I found this company on Etsy. I chose the swallows for my wife as we were building a Sound Temple and swallows flew in there one day to look to see what we were working on and they approved :)
We thought it fitting to add the swallows and this company were exceptional with supply, quick delivery and great customer service. Rhiannon has been particularly helpful. I recommend this company. Thanks

My letterbox after only 4 years has rusted and paint is peeling off….this was not a cheap item and was a 70 th birthday gift. Despite my Daughter calling and myself sending an email and pictures there has been no response from the company……..

Great value, quality heavy frog. My brother is going to be so happy to receive it. Good communication from seller, and the delivery was really quick too.

Have recently ordered several pieces from this company, and have been impressed with the quality, prices and speedy delivery.
I am really pleased with the reclaimed wooden nest of tables, beautifully crafted.
