Blacks - Jersey Avis

I was looking for a hydro pack and was immediately attended to by Hannah who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product I was interested in, the help she provided me with secured my purchase. Hannah is a credit to the Blacks Jersey outlet 👏👏👏

Popped into Blacks (Jersey) looking for a particular kind of socks, and was served by Hannah who was lovely and took the time to talk to me and was very knowledgeable.

Hannah gave me great insights to find the best shoe for me and my needs. Really friendly and super helpful!

Excellent service from Hannah in the Jersey team! Thanks Hannah x

Went in to Blacks, Jersey wanting to replace my walking boots. Sussy provided great advice on what boots would meet my needs.

Shopping for hiking shoes.
Staff member Hannah was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about products.

Purchased some outdoor shoes from Blacks Jersey today - excellent service provided by Hannah to ensure the right shoes and correct fit.

Hannah was great to deal with, very welcoming not at all pushy very engaging which resulted in my making a purchase when I was not committed to doing so. A pleasure and an experience that is not often encountered today in retail

Great Service from Hannah
Came in to return couple of tops. She was able to find options for next size. Nothing too much trouble.
Thank you

Such a great team Anna and Angie! I came in with my 4 year old to buy him some new shoes and both Anna and Angie were absolutely fantastic! They helped me in finding the right brand and size for my little one, something which I wouldn’t have been able to do on my own while shopping with very energetic boy!
Well done! Top of the range customer service from both ladies!

Went in with my daughter to buy a jacket- Hannah that worked in there was absolutely brilliant to the point I could leave my daughter with her to choose sizes and colours, staff like that can change ppls days for the better, will definitely be coming back

Went in to try a few wellies for dog walking (even had one with me 😋🐾)

The staff were so lovely to both me and my pooch! So kind and really helped me with some good advice, unfortunately I couldn’t find the right fit, however Hannah really helped me out and nothing was too big an ask!

Thanks so much for your lovely service ☺️🥾

Hannah is a very good employee very helpful

Hannah was really helpful and I probably bought my item because of her excellent customer serviceŴ

Angie was very helpful. She adviced me on walking books for long distance as I’ve never hiked before. Great service!

Everything is easy to find, all the products I have bought from here have always been great, and they have a very helpful and friendly sales staff! Hannah was very helpful and enthusiastic and knew all about the products. Would definitely recommend!

I always use Blacks for clothing and equipment for walking and I have a small business Stroll In Jersey as a tour guide.

Today Hannah was very professional polite and friendly. Well done.

A sales assistant, called Kiona, was very helpful and polite when I was looking for a new pair of shoes. I bought some shoes around the same time last year and had her on that occasion too. Very welcoming and would deal with her personally when purchasing in the future. Excellent employee.

I visited the store with my wife just to look at jackets for my wife, the assistant Hannah was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the different types and her advice was extremely valuable.
My wife wanted to look at another couple of shops for some comparison but decided to return for the jacket Hannah had recommended. Not only was she helpful, she also said she would hold the jacket for an hour as it was the last size 8 available. This is the type of service I wish could be available everywhere. Thank you Hannah, we will not hesitate to come back again whenever we need something which you sell.

Hannah was a delight while serving us. Friendly - asked if we needed help, took us straight to what we had asked for and informed us with knowledge and a fantastic attitude.
