What happened here?!?! I used bb.com monthly 6-7 years ago, came back to order some ON protein and noticed they’re promoting their own garbage brand? What happened to the variety and options? Corporate greed at its best. Last time visiting this site when there are better and cheaper options out there with name brands.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Bodybuilding.com. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed multiple orders and even used my mother’s card after my own payments kept failing due to their so-called “extra security.” The money was withdrawn from her account, but after more than a week, no order ever arrived.
What makes this worse is their complete lack of customer service. I sent emails, tried calling through different phone numbers, and received no proper response. It has now been almost two weeks of frustration, wasted time, and absolutely no accountability on their part.
This company hides behind unnecessary payment complications, then fails to deliver the products customers pay for. Their negligence and lack of communication show they care more about protecting themselves than serving their customers.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere. Bodybuilding.com is unreliable, unprofessional, and provides the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
Awful company
Like many I am floored how quickly this company has fallen off. Ordered on 07/21 “shipped” on 07/23 but USPS has never received the item. Contact customer service and crickets. Ended up having to contest with my credit card company to get a refund after no response. At this rate I wouldn’t shocked if they go under it seems like the are hell bent on driving all customers away. Sad..

SHIT website, 70% of things dont work, I tried getting a refund for workouts subscription, that now for some weird reason only works on mobile!!!!! and i still havent heard from them. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!
A true piece of cr*p company
A true piece of cr*p company. For a paid app they offer nothing. The app is full of bugs and every version brings more bugs. The developers should have some shame and fire themselves. Every part of it has bugs. I have a workout that has been paused by itself for 2 weeks and i havent been able to use the app because i need to end that first. It crashes everytime i want to do that. I have wasted so much money feeding these a**h***s with my sub.

I'm surprised to see these other reviews. I've had a great experience with bodybuilding.com. Their support team is pretty slow, but thats not that surprising for a company this big, right?
No complimentary merch
ill go somewhere that my biz is appreciated. I spent over 200 $ on supps and didn't even get a complimentary shaker or any free merch for that matter. Nothing to show the little appreciation for my order.

The title sums it all up. I have a thread of 20+ messages, half are by their silly AI, half by different customer agents telling me "my message is in the queue" for months.
Incompetent.
Awful
Late to ship with no notice, difficult to contact someone (via email only), supposedly resolved my issue nearly a week ago by cancelling the late order and charged me nonetheless and supposedly sent 50% of order without answering subsequent correspondence telling them I would not accept shipment.
Absolutely abysmal customer “service"
I’ve been a customer with bodybuilding.com for over 15 years. Their customer service used to be pretty good. Out of the hundreds of orders I have placed over the years, there were a handful or so that had some issues. A missing or damaged product here and there. I would contact the live chat and they would take care of it and issue a replacement, no questions asked, on the spot while I was on the chat with them. Frictionless, convenient, good service.
Those days are evidently over. I placed an order in January that arrived on the 17th. It had a creatine tub that broke open in the box and spilled out and one item was missing. I reported this a day later on the 18th and even provided pictures. I had to use their online report form because live chat is no longer available. If I had to bet, I’d wager greedy exec and shareholder scum axed the live support team to bank a few more bucks. I received an automated reply so I know my report went through. Then silence for two weeks so I submitted another report, again with pictures. This time I received a reply from a person asking me to provide more information so I replied with a summary and the pictures, making that the THIRD report. "Mighty Milly” replied saying I should give the fulfillment team 7 - 14 business days to send replacements. Six days later I got an email from “Lean Leah”, asking me if the creatine was still usable and if I wanted a 20% discount on my next order. I replied that the creatine was open and spilled and I got rid of it and I was expecting a full replacement as per “Mighty Milly’s” emails, not a 20% discount. The next email came again from “Mighty Milly”, saying I should give it another 24 - 72 hours for a response from the fulfillment team.
That was over two weeks ago and almost two months since I reported the damaged and missing items. I am no longer a bodybuilding.com customer.

The bodybuilding.com app is a total scam. They changed the app without any notice and we lost years of data. Now trying got cancel the subscription is impossible. I keep getting robot responses and it has been months. Reaching out to my bank tomorrow to block all charges from them and will order supplements somewhere else!!!
Worst app and customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Paid for a subscription to their bodybuilding.com app. Never could get access to it and they never got it fixed. Hat monwy is lost because they wont issue a refund. Qhich i believe is fraud. Customer service (Leah, Leah) just gave me the runaround and never resolved the issue. Buyer beware! Don't buy anything from bodybuilding.com.

They have let themselves down with bad management for years but have just shut down their greatest market for traffic. Waste of a legendary domain that will fade into obscurity now and be a footnote in the internet history.
Disgraceful company betrayed its own community
15 years of workout logs, progress photos, friends, memories, all of it gone in an instant. They shut down the forums with no warning and erased over a decade of my life. Terrible company that is circling the drain. Their customer service is horrible and their supplement orders take forever. They have lost a customer for life (srs).

They shut down their forum without any warning. A massive community with years of knowledge and experiences wiped out. This company does not care about it's customers, very unreliable, would not trust or recommend.
They cancel your order & keep your money
I place an order only to get a message that it was rejected by "customs". After fighting with Bodybuilding.com reps who were ignoring all my emails, they finally refunded me ONLY the product cost, NOT shipping. I has to eventually threaten them with going to the regulator. When I contacted DHL, they confirmed that the shipping label created by Bodybuilding.com was incorrect.
Bodybuilding.com sees it fit to take orders, cancel them without providing any reasons & then keep your money as well. Don't deal with these unethical cheaters!
Scam Charges
I was charged $80 but I've never made a purchase from this site. I emailed them immediately, they emailed back asking for more information which I sent them. Then I had to email them again as they never responded, and they finally said that they would refund me within 48 hours. That was on 6/20. It is now 7/12. I emailed again this morning, no response.
