Unprofessional
I ordered some products from Bodybuilding.com, and they shipped the package. However, after more than a month and a half had passed, the package still hadn't arrived. Furthermore, the tracking status hadn't been updated in a month. So, I contacted them, and they told me that the package was, in fact, never picked up by the courier and was never sent, even though the tracking showed that it was sent. If I hadn't contacted their support team, who knows how long I would have had to wait for nothing.
I recently made an order where one of the items wasn’t shipped.
I recently made an order where I would purchase 2 products and get 1 free. The free item was not shipped, and after contacting customer support they fixed it immediately. I really appreciated their responsiveness and I feel good about making future purchases. A satisfied, new customer.

attentive post-sales customer service bridges information gaps
my package was held at customs and then returned to sender, this all happened due to a mistake on the sender-warehouse declaring double the value of my package. Singapore customs would not release the double priced package unless the duty was paid. the duty to be paid was nearly sgd100, customer service helped me throughout this mishap, by assisting me with gaps in my information. i was assigned with a very good communicator and it was very easy for me to understand the mishap and how i should proceed, the easiest would be to return the mis-priced package and get a refund for my purchase. customer service was very attentive to the details of the situation and provided a helpful and assistive human experience during this whole saga.

placed an order on the 29th December but expecting a bit of a delay due to the holidays. I've emailed them three times now. It took around 3-days to reply. Acceptable I suppose. What's not acceptable is that at then end of Jan they've told me I'll have to wait 45-days for my 'lost' order to be located and I shouldn't contact them (the support team) before the 3rd of March. Absolute rubbish service. I've read all the reviews below mine. Shame I didn't see those before I ordered due to the discount offered. I will not be ordering from them again.

They are a scam - Used to be really good
Used to be really good. I made an order supposed to be here long ago. It is not moving. Live chat is a big lie, there is no one looking at, there is no number to call and they dont respond to mails. they became a scam unfortunately. i ll file a case at customer protection branch.

I ordered on January the 4th . One label created by UPS and after 2 days the label was cancelled and the "product" was returned to seller. A new label was created by UPS and again the product was returned to seller.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
They charge us, products are not available and then impossible to contact them.
