No deliveries no refunds
No deliveries no refunds. Ordered 2 jym whey costing over 100£. Nothing arrived and i was told customs had some problems so it has been returned(this was on fedex site) asked for refund but there is no customer service to talk to. Only a virtual assistant who will go in loops and loops only taking your email most of the time uk order number aren’t even found on their website. Thankfully I opened a case against them on paypal and they haven’t even responded to them yet ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS!
Avoid this website like the plague
I made an order totaling $140 on 1/4/2023 and the order has yet to be fulfilled. Not even in the shipping phase. Customer service is a joke. Not responding to emails, chat gets me nowhere, and calling the number redirects me to email or chat and then promptly hangs up. There is no way to cancel this order. This site used to be good, I was a faithful customer for years. As far as I'm concerned they lost a customer for good and deserve to be shut down entirely. Buy your products elsewhere.
No longer a good company. Avoid.
Listen to the reviews. It will take weeks to receive your product and customer service has been completed shut down. They will ignore your emails no matter how many you send. I will never order from them again and maybe I’ll receive my product someday.

Something wrong with site.
The site is very glitchy. I placed an order and paid with pay pal. It charged my card then back at site it wanted $10 for shipping. So now my order is not showing up and I'm out $30. I get shipping cost but don't charge me and then ask for shipping cost. Stay away from this site.

I recently bought a year BodyFit Membership…
I recently bought a year BodyFit membership, unfortunately after a week it no longer allows me to have access. I have checked the customer service live chat multiple times this week and it states no one is available. I then have sent an email to the support line 6 days straight and no responses. I now am out $40 and a product that doesn't work. What is going on!!!!
Great products and caring customer service.
I've received two great products from bodybuilding.com. When one of them was lost in the mail, customer service did an extensive search to try and find the shipping delay. When it couldn't be found, they were quick to send me a replacement, no questions asked.
Bodybuilding.com customer service has gone MIA
As others have reported, something has terribly gone wrong with Bodybuilding.com. I have spent over a thousand dollars on them in the past with no issues.
My last order did not ship for 2 weeks, even though the items were in stock. When the package got to my post office, there was a $22 extra charge in import customs (on a $50 order) that is normally always included in their shipping.
I have yet to pick up the package, awaiting on an email from Bodybuilding.com regarding either resolving the customs import issue with partial refund or a full refund.
I will refuse the parcel for pickup and let it be automatically returned to them and then issue a chargeback should they continue to ignore my emails reachouts.
It's a shame, as they've been great to order from in the past.

Canadians Beware!!!
I live in Canada & ordered from them many times. Since this time they sent it with f***ing FedEx I had to pay extra $33 on brokerage/ fake duty fees for a protein powder that is worth $90. Yes that's 33% extra markup.

Order Not Filled--Customer Service is a Ghost Town
I placed an order for some products on November 27, 2022, and they have yet to be shipped. I was provided a tracking number but since December 2, 2022, there has been no change on the UPS website ("Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet). There are theoretically three different ways to contact Bodybuilding.com's customer support: 1) email, 2) phone, 3) live chat, and I have tried all three without any success. My emails go unanswered; the voicemail message directs me to the live chat option, and the virtual assistant on the live chat tells me there are no agents available and asks me to send an email. I don't care if there is a worker shortage of whatever the reason is for their incompetence. If they're taking orders and charging me, then they should fulfill these orders. And they should have the decency to respond to emails or offer an appropriate gateway to speak to a company representative.
Save your money.
Used to be my go to supplement place for years. Recently placed an order that has been stuck in processing for 9 days. I’m a pretty understanding person as I know there is a worker shortage, but they have not even responded to any of my emails.
If they can’t take 5 seconds to at least respond to a simple email they are not worth your money. Save your time and go to a place that actually values long time counters. I won’t be back.
This website is a scam
This website is a scam, people running these website are thugs. None of their customer service no. ever works, chat window always remains on bot, they never reply to their mails. My order no. is CAD-390097, Its been 15 days that I have placed the order and my order hasn't yet been shipped and they are saying that we don't have your stock in order. Now these guys aren't even refunding me nor they are replying to my mails. They have kept my money and don't care to give any reply instead of repeated reminders. ITS A WARNING GUYS, THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM and they are here to rob you off your hard earned money.
No communication and terrible customer service
No communication, made an order which is out of stock and I had no money back or any option to cancel it like the gentleman before me who commented. They took my money and no communication after, customer service doesn't work at all.
Major delays + no customer service
Bought some stuff cyber Monday. 8.5 days later I email their service dept asking what the story is. I followed up 2 and 3 days after that, no responses.
Day 12 I request a return through the websites terrible chat feature (received email confirmation of my cancellation request). Day 13 my order is being standard shipped. It’s been 5 days since my first email and have received no return communication.
Shopped with them for years, they were usually alright but this experience has been spectacularly bad, never shopping there again unless they reach out to make and make this right
They've taken my money and ghosted me
I've spent thousands with them over the years. They currently have $300+ of my money and refuse to ship my order, refund my money, or even respond to my emails. This is not a company I will continue to patronize any more. It looks like it will come down to having to initiate a chargeback in order to get my money back from them.

12-13-22 Took all the info I've documented to my Bank today to initiate a charge back, as well as a card replacement. I WILL be getting my money back, and they'll never get the chance to do this to me again.
I strongly suggest you do the same.
I had considered the store being hacked, but that certainly doesn't explain their voice message and their refusal to answer their phones.
File to have your monies refunded with your Bank!
12-17-22- Charge back on money granted, so I got my money back. BodyBuilding.com then shipped this order. I informed them of the situation and informed them the order would be refused and they would be paying shipping for nothing. I also filed instructions with USPS (via Informed Delivery) to not deliver this package, I was refusing it. Spoke to carrier this morning to verify, and he said he was informed, and it would be refused.
I have still never received the first communication from them about this order, my cancellation prior to shipping, my refusal to accept, or the fact I have my money back from these morons.
Never again.
Update, still 12-17-22
The following are some of the lies by Bodybuilding.com. Their own TOS states they don't bill your card until items ship, that was a lie as verified by my bank. The part about the the tracking numbers being "assigned by couriers" is a lie, I've shipped plenty USPS, and I was the one who assigned the USPS Tracking Numbers.
Funny part? They're so incompetent they're clueless to the fact I'd already taken my money back via Bank chargeback. Pay attention, they're telling you that after 30 minutes, they can delay, deny and ignore you all they like and there's nothing you can do about it....they think.

I understand your frustration. We cannot cancel orders after 30 minutes of ordering however, so this was after the cut off period.
Tracking numbers are typically assigned by the couriers as they pickup. When they begin the delivery process is out of our control though.
This is already with couriers and due Monday. You can contact couriers and ask for a return to sender before delivery.
We would need this returned for a refund however.

You are an exceptional employee with outstanding customer service for the company. Please send my comments to your supervisor. They really need to know what an asset of an employee you are. I have been a customer for many years and purchase over $500 a month in supplements. But for the last year, I have continually had numerous issues with placing orders and the app and web site not working properly and having to spend so much time and issues to place orders and give my money. I was actually fed up with the last order and was going to start using another company to get my supplements, but because of your help and genuine response, I will continue purchasing from this company. I don’t usually take the time to give my satisfaction or disappointment and I am taking my my valuable time to write this because I truly believe that you need to be recognized for your valuable service. I again apologize for my initial emails as it was due to my frustration to the situation but your help completely turned me around.

Stole my money
No reaction what so ever on my emails. The product did not pass customs because they did not fill out the invoice correctly so customs sent the product back to the US. The product was received by them more then a week ago but nobody is responding to my emails or giving me my money back! This is a scam!!!
