The audiologist made it simple and quick in his description of my heaering and what hearing aid would be suitable.

After a failure of my first appointment the rest went extremely well giving me the sense of being treated like a valued and reasonably intelligent customer. I would recommend you to others.

The experience with the 2 audiologists was fine but I only had 3 appointments with them and they canceled 2 of those at less than 24 hours notice. The first cancellation which was to pick my new hearing aids up was followed by a total communication debacle in their booking department. I can understand one short-notice cancellation but they did the same thing again this week. They don't seem to appreciate that I have to arrange time off from work to get to these appointments which I can't do at short-notice. I told them to forget it in the end as I don't need a follow up appointment. The prices are very good but the whole thing has been a somewhat shambolic experience.

Excellent explanations and clear, understandable instructions. I was never hurried, and encouraged to ask questions. It was ace!

The hearing test was comprehensive and professionally carried out.

Rose was extremely helpful and patient and that made a big difference.

Rose was brilliant she was very patient and understanding of my general struggle to fully understand all what was going on.
A few days after the tests I received the first email back up including details and videos of the cleaning procedures. Which was very helpful.
I have now logged on and ordered the Kits.
Not sure if I could buy them in store as I think that would help especially at the time of returning to collect the aids or at least get quick guidance of what would be required.

Excellent. Rose picked up an abnormality inside my ear (I have a separate hospital appointment to investigate that). She was very professional informative and the whole experience was fun 😀

Having tried a couple of audiologists I was very impressed with Boots Hearingcare (Gordon) service. Very thorough, professional and good value for money.
