He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Paul strongly believes in bringing family values to the workplace, and Brayleys offers a friendly, caring, responsible and respectful service to all customers, enabling them to trust us with their motoring needs time and again. You did not check that all was how it was when you first sat down in my car. It's soooo ANNOYING that I had to spend hours putting things back as how it was. I had to even go to my son to put things back again!

Made Car Buying a Pleasure
The whole process was managed for Brayley Honda Hendon by Hass Afzal who was excellent from the initial phone enquiry through to inspection, sale & collection. The car was prepared to a very high standard and I am now the very happy owner of a 4 year old Honda CRV. The experience was hassle free with excellent information about the vehicle & the transation process.I can highly recommend Brayley Honda & Hass - it made buying a car a pleasure which hasnt always been my experience over a number of years.

From start to finish Ram made me feel welcomed and he never once pressured me into making a quick decision. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, and helped me find the perfect car that fits both my lifestyle and budget. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. Ram walked me through every step of the process, making everything simple and transparent. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Ram truly went above and beyond.
