Great customer service, particularly from Gordon Wallace, when buying a WAV recently. One unexpected problem was quickly and professionally resolved and Gordon took care to make sure I bought exactly the type of vehicle I needed.

A great place to buy a car online.
My car purchase was done entirely online and I did not see the car until it was delivered to my home.
The complete process was effortless thanks to all concerned at this motor group. The advertising and review of the car was very informative, the salesman Jordan very helpful in explaining the whole procedure and delt with all my questions and issues promptly. The car was delivered on time and in immaculate condition.

First of all I have not received my v5 form so can only imagine your company hasn’t done paperwork for dvla. Not much communication during the whole process. Was given two keys to which one was broken and only opens by the key itself The van itself is fine but customer service not good.
