Bought my Mercedes from Irvine store
Bought my Mercedes GLA 200 from the Irvine Motor store group about 2 months ago. I contacted them regarding a car which was only just put on their system, Darren got in touch straight away and was fantastic. Kept me in the loop with all the steps the car was going though before I picked it up. Whenever I asked for photos/videos it was never an issue, questions were always answered quickly. The car itself is amazing, it was immaculate when I picked it up. The process on the day of picking up my car was quick and easy. Thanks again, absolutely delighted with my purchase.

Service manager attitude and conduct
Not very Happy with the conduct of the service department manager. I've been a constant customer for 8 or more years without an issue. I returned my vehicle as it would have failed the MOT on front Passenger wheel bearing, This was changed the previous year by their service department because of MOT failure. Because there was new parts put on in July 2025, bearing in mind MOT was August 2025, they deam the car has been involved recently in an accident due to the condition of parts on vehicle. Will not replace wheel bearing under warranty. Basically between going backwards and forwards with Manager, he has refused to do any work on vehicle. Very disappointed. Lost faith now

We have already discussed your concerns with our Service Manager, who has confirmed the details you have outlined. He has confirmed that the component you are asking us to process as a warranty claim is, in his opinion, no longer the original part fitted by us. Both he and another member of our team have advised that this was confirmed with you previously, although it appears there have since been several amendments to the information provided, which has understandably led to some confusion.
As you have been a valued customer of ours for the past eight years, we want to ensure this matter is handled fairly and transparently for everyone involved. To that end, we would like to invite you to visit one of our alternative branches so that the vehicle can be independently assessed by another Service Manager. This will provide an impartial inspection and allow us to review the situation objectively.
Our Service Manager will provide the evidence that supports his position regarding the warranty claim, and we would ask if you could also provide the invoices and documentation you referred to in your discussions with him, together with an accurate timeline of events. This information will help us establish the full picture, remove any misunderstandings, and allow us to assess the matter based on the available evidence.
We believe the fairest approach is to draw a line under the confusion, start afresh, and review everything objectively before reaching a conclusion.
While we fully respect your right to leave a review, we are disappointed that this was the first step taken, as our Customer Services team would have been more than happy to assist you directly and work with you towards a resolution. Given that you have been a valued customer for many years, we hope you know how highly we regard customer service and how committed we are to resolving concerns wherever possible.

Fantastic experience with Bridgend Motors. Following my email query, Chris Caldwell provided an instant, personalised video response via What’s App —using my name as he walked me around the car. He was friendly, professional, and there was zero sales pressure. Even after I bought a car from another company, they followed up with genuine congratulations and offered future support. It is rare to find a dealership so focused on the customer rather than just making a quick sale!

Simple and easy trade in and they helped get the car I wanted and could afford, excellent customer service , updates regularly on progress of sale and car as it had just came in and was going through a service and not, was a bit of travel to get there didn't know it was so far, but that was my fault. Got there just signed the paperwork checked over the car and drove away, simple and perfect service , would definitely use again in the future.
