Non pushy sales staff, good communication. Easy to chat to answered all questions , courteous and pleasant on telephone. Smooth purchase and I felt confident in my purchase. Organised taking van to and from the fitters for tow bar. Definitely will return in the future highly recommend.

WAV purchase...
Gordon was very easy to speak with and patient while my husband and I looked at 5 different WAV for our business, resulting in a test drive and purchase of one vehicle.
Our WAV was fully inspected, and tested prior to pick up a few days later. We are delighted with our vehicle and experience at Bridgend.

DON'T EVEN TOUCH WITH A STICK.
My experience with this Company has been disgusting. Bought a Mitsubishi phev and from the First week started having issues with the Car. Couple of months down the line and the vehicle generated a heating Fault. This is going to the fourth month now and the issue has not been fixed. The staff at the Ayr Branch handling the case are a bunch of unserious people. This is gong to the second month since I returned the vehicle for repair, as previous repair did not resolved the heating issue. Worst of it is the fact that they keep saying there is no timeline for repair. How can I be paying Finance, Insurance, Road Tax and Warranty on a Car that I am not using.
IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY
You have never given me the option for a refund. I can take all your incompetence but lying is a no no for me. I had to contact the Finance Broker who asked if I wanted a refund, you did not. You were in a hurry for me to give you the go ahead to continue keeping the Car for your “repair”. You know that once I agree to that, I would be boxed in. Your time is up, as I am returning the Car. Enough of your incompetence and lies.

From the outset, we have taken the heating fault extremely seriously. Unfortunately, this has proven to be a complex technical issue, and we are currently working closely with Mitsubishi’s technical support team to obtain specialist guidance to ensure the correct and permanent repair is carried out. While we appreciate how disappointing it is not to have a confirmed timeline, this is dependent on the manufacturer’s technical process rather than something within our direct control.
Throughout this period, we have done everything possible to minimise inconvenience. You have been kept updated regularly, provided with a free courtesy vehicle, and all diagnostics and repair work are being carried out at no cost to yourself. In addition, we have been completely open to alternative resolutions, including offering a vehicle swap or a full refund, as we understand how important a fair outcome is.
We appreciate how frustrating it is to continue with finance and other costs while your vehicle is off the road, and we do not take that lightly. As a repairing dealer, we truly believe we have explored every reasonable option available to support you and resolve this matter as quickly and fairly as possible.
If you would like to discuss this further, we remain more than happy to do so directly.
