Cheap and quick!

Bought some of my favourite snacks from here that i wasn’t able to find anywhere else in the UK at a decent price except from here! They arrived really quickly also!

Avoid

Ordered 6 items, box was damaged and only 5 was in there, driver couldn’t mark as damaged if I took the five so was sent back. Couldn’t send a email as they were getting bounced back saying inbox was full so tried messenger but no reply, then used the contact form got a reply asking for information I’d already sent but again couldn’t reply as inbox was full, contact form again to confirm what I’d ordered(not sure why you couldn’t of checked the invoice)
Replacement parcel just turned up and I was sent 5 not the six I’d ordered.
This has proved a lot of hassle for such a small transaction.
If you had a way of actually calling you or live chat then hopefully this could have been avoided.

Exceptional Service and Quality Products! Broadway Candy…

I recently ordered from Broadway Candy and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The delivery was incredibly quick, ensuring that my sweet treats arrived fresh and in perfect condition. The quality of the products is outstanding – every candy I tried was delicious and exactly as described. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the high quality you receive. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I placed an order via TikTok Shop on the 6th June [2024] and immediately the next day I received a message stating that my order would be delayed and would be scheduled to arrive between 10th-12th June. Their email address (which I got directly from their website) doesn’t seem to work as the email I sent bounced back! I am now going to have to go to my bank to get my money back! I wish I could give a ‘Zero’ star rating, however Trustpiliot does not allow that.
To anyone thinking of purchasing anything from this company, DON’T!!!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost!

Always swift with this one!

Always swift with this one. Add to cart, pay and at times it’s even sent out on the same day. Love trying out new random products, but our fave will be the 1.8L peach ice tea we buy per carton. The multipack drizzilicious is out of stock, can this please be restocked? Also would be awesome if you can stock the 3 different gluten free oreos (original, double creme and golden) - dying to try those. Oh and perhaps also the jello sugar free pudding mixes too!
Anyway, love the site, so far no issue and everything’s been pretty smooth and straightforward.

Great Dates

As an American living in London, I am always on the hunt for folks that supply goodies from home. Broadway has a great selection, at great prices (the Premium Saltines were the best price offered anywhere!), delivered quickly, but what really earned them my five stars, and topped all the other suppliers I've used in the past, was that every single item had a very generous use by date. Thrilled that I'm not going to have to force feed myself those saltine crackers to avoid having them go stale in a week or two. Well done Broadway. I'll be back for sure.

Accepted order, short shipped without telling me. Refunded items but paid postage the same, so made each item more expensive. Didn't care, or have the mental ability to understand what they did.
Plus stale items.

Finally had some action!

Full story below this paragraph:

My review below still stands but after Sharona contacted me and sent over some replacements, not my full order that went missing but a token gesture, I’ve put my review from one star to three stars. Would I use them again? Probably not. But now they have actual customer services maybe your experience will be better than mine.

So here we go.

Purchased some Huel as it was a great deal.

Selected item to be delivered via Royal Mail as there was no rush.

Received the update that it had been delivered, "strange" I thought as i didn't allocate it to be left in a safe place as my house is on the street virtually.

Looked at the tracking details to find that there was a picture of a box on the floor at the front of my house.

Not a safe location, you say, yes we agree!!

So I get home and its been nicked.

I contact Broadway Candy, they tell me

"we regret to inform you we do not provide communication support.
Regarding your concern, as per our shipping policy, Royal Mail offers the option to leave a parcel in a safe location if no one is available to accept it. However, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for parcels lost"

Which would be a reasonable answer if I'd asked for it to be left somewhere safe.

So to move on, after I then contacted royal mail, they acknowledged that the item had not been requested to be left in a safe place and that this was not acceptable even.

Broadway Candy however REFUSE to make this claim against royal mail and for that reason i recommend everyone avoid this company.

The provide no direct line to customer services.
I look forward to an actual person replying to this.

My order was BC25148

I say again the Royal Mail have dealt with this and simply Broadway Candy need to acknowledge and make the claim.

They provided me with a case reference number but was told that I could not claim as i was not their customer but instead Broadway Candy would have to claim.

Beware out of date goods and Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. Avoid at all costs! This store sold me products at full price with an extremely short three week expiry date just before Christmas meaning I accidentally gifted these to someone without realising they were already out of date. When I contacted them to complain they made no attempt to rectify the problem and stated the expiry date was within the product listing. BEWARE before you buy. Three weeks from shipping is not an acceptable expiry pre Christmas! Awful company making money from barely in date goods.

Again the attitude of this response smacks of the company’s complete disregard for their customers. I came to this product via Google and it was completely unclear that I was in a section for short date goods. The price of these pretzels was not clearly marked at reduced and at over £10 for two bags my expectation was that these goods were normally priced and in date. Useless company. Useless response.

We have an entire sale section on our website specifically for products that are short-dated. These products are marked down in price and the Best Before date is always clearly added to the title of the product.
We are completely transparent about any short-dated products we sell, and customers have all the information readily available to make the decision as to whether or not they would like to purchase something that is short-dated at a reduced cost.
There is nothing to 'BEWARE' of, as we do not hide any information about our products from our customers.
The bags were marked down to £3.49 each, from £3.99. The title is clear on Google as well as on your order confirmation, which we have checked on our system as well.
We are sorry that you are not receiving the response you want from us; however, we have not behaved deceptively at any stage of this interaction.

Take the money but don't deliver the order!!@@

Placed two orders for delivery to two separate addresses and paid by different methods on each order. Broadway have dispatched one order but are refusing to honour the 2nd order or refund the money they have illegally claimed from my PayPal account.

Absolutely faultless customer service

Absolutely faultless customer service. I had a slight issue with delivery due to royal mail, Elina and Avi kept me updated on the situation and did everything they could to help. Very impressed and won't hesitate ordering from the company again. Product was exactly as advertised, cheaper than from the actual manufacturer and has a long expiry date. Highly recommended giving this company a go!

Fantastic all round

I ordered a bunch of Huel from Broadway Candy. It’s sold out on the official Huel website and this is easily the cheapest I’ve found it anywhere. Far cheaper than buying direct from Huel. Such a great deal 😄 Fast, free delivery too. Recommended!

Having looked through your order history and resulting correspondence with us, we can see that you actually ordered the regular ice pops and, upon receiving them, realised your mistake and admitted to ordering the incorrect item in error.

We sent you the product you ordered, which happened to have been the sugar version. This was not a mistake on our part and is incorrectly reflected as such.
