Awful company and service
Would give zero stars if I could. Sent me the wrong product different to both the photo and description but insisted it was the right one. I have had both and know the difference. At first they admitted it was wrong and then denied it. They have however now changed the picture on the website. Said they would refund if I took the parcel several miles away. I don’t have a car right now and care for my nearly 90 year old mother and explained I couldn’t get there and asked them to arrange collection. They refused and just said if I got it back to them they will refund. They are not selling what they advertise and what’s more tried to tell me the two products are the same. I have had it for years and this is not true. I will now have to try to find someone to take it for me or lose my money. They don’t care at all about customer satisfaction.

We sincerely apologise for your negative experience, as we pride ourselves on providing positive customer outcomes. While it is no excuse, I do believe that your order was placed during our website's infancy, when we were dealing with many teething problems and were trying to find our feet.
Having said this, we are truly sorry that you did not receive the support you should have and do hope you'll give us a chance to make it up to you in the future.
