We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

- All our plants are carefully hand checked and selected by our expert order packing staff who all live locally to the nursery, returning to us every year to help during our busy spring season. All our plug plants are securely packed in specially designed packaging to keep the root system in place and the foliage protected in transit. Our plastic ‘blister pack’ packaging is manufactured from recycled material and is fully recyclable. Our cardboard packaging is also fully recyclable. We send out comprehensive growing instructions with each order to help you get the best from your plants.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the plants' condition. All plants are grown to be the specification size advertised for the despatch week customers select, however changes in the weather can sometimes mean the plugs grow a little more than we would like.
We would not send out any plugs we felt would not still thrive though, so we would like to get this resolved with you, however I cannot see you have contacted us in regard to this, therefore I have emailed you directly to gain further information and look to a resolution with you.

Brookside now use the awful Royal Mail…
Brookside now use the awful Royal Mail for deliveries now .Last order last week was posted on Tuesday 48 hour and didn't arrive till Saturday afternoon.21 pansy plugs were dried up and dead.Will not be using them again with Royal Mail as the courier.

Once again we apologies that your order was delayed in post, most orders are delivered within 48 hours but soemtimes parcels can get delayed. Our packaging does assist the plants to withstand up to 7 days in transit so we do apologise that 21 plugs were poor opn arrival.
I can see that despite being unable to send us photos of the plugs so we can investigate further, you have accepted store credit for the value of the plugs to use at a future date.

Not happy with the plants, quite a few of the plants have died, even though I followed the instructions for care etc of plants.
