Poor Quality Product and Service

We purchased a desk and bookshelf from Brosa which we thought would be of high quality given the prices we paid. Unfortunately the finish of the products are cheap and inferior which scratched far to easily. Upon contacting Brosa to raise my concern I quickly discovered that they were not interested in the slightest. Very quick to take your money but if you have an issue forget it because customer service is not part of the deal. Never again Brosa

Hi Steven than you for the opportunity to follow up on your concerns. I can see that you ordered and received your desk last October 2021 and recently in March reported scratches. As much as we love to help our customers we are unable to replace items after 5 months due to general wear and tear. We can't determine the usage the desk may have had over that time. Steven, I am sorry our decision not to replace your items after 5 months isn't favourable however we stand by our products and our warranty policy. Glorified IKEA

Brosa's extensive and delayed delivery times are unacceptable. Once the items arrived, they are somewhat straight forward to put together - but the quality is NOT great at all (especially given their prices)!

Great design and very affordable prices.
White Gloves delivery was quick and very efficient. Lana velvet sofa bed was a perfect choice .

Beautiful lounge

The lounge suite arrived on schedule in an excellent condition. It is a beautiful piece of furniture and well made. My friends and family comment on it when they first visit. It has enhanced the look of my lounge. So pleased I bought it.

Worst Service

I have been waiting for my lounge to be dispatched for over 7 weeks - i have been told each week it is going to be dispatched only for the next person to tell me it hasn't. No one can give me a clear answer and i have had to sit on the floor now for the past 3 weeks as i was told it would be delivered on the 11th! Do not buy from this company unless you want to wait longer than expected for a lounge

I got the Jarel study desk as I wanted…

I got the Jarel study desk as I wanted something simple and a bit scandi looking. The desk looks exactly like the photos and appears to be good construction and quality. Communication around the delivery was great and the desk was very easy to assemble.

I just got a text message saying I had reviewed , I haven’t.
But the chair we received we didn’t keep for various reasons but also the way it was made was quite poor for the price staples and some fabric out .
Along with when it came the box had holes and wet

I ordered the Alexa large round ottoman. The order was dispatched promptly and arrived in perfect condition, exactly as pictured before Christmas and in time to give as a planned gift. The quality is excellent

Painful Experience

This has been the worst experience I have ever had... with any online store. I had purchased a couch from BROSA at the end of November, 2021, I was advised by the sales consultant that it would take 4 weeks to be delivered and that was the reasoning for the purchase.
After waiting over a month to receive some form of feedback or update, still hadn't receive anything.
2 month's had passed and I was constantly following this company up, who had informed me at the end of January that the reason for the delay was that my order had been lost.
I am still awaiting an update as to where it is.
Customer Service is without a doubt the most unhelpful people to talk to, when asked to speak to the manager, I was hung up on.
I don't usually write reviews but this company is so bad, I would like people to know.

Great two seater sofa

I ordered a two seater sofa online. Was super easy. The sofa was dispatched and delivered very quickly. The sofa was exactly as on the website, gorgeous design, easy to assemble legs, comfortable and looks fantastic. Very happy customer.
