Amazon promised me a refund on a purchase per associate named Clint. They lied. It was for a shipping charge.

Well where do I start! I’ve been playing collie competitions for less than a year and won numerous times and on Sunday I became the only triple winner in one night YES that’s correct on one night. I opted for some of the prizes and a cash alternative.I was watching it live cos to be honest the live draws are brilliant! The Community surrounding the site is out of this world. I maybe not everyone’s friend on there because of my wins😂😂

I purchased a Maison Luxe Quilted Throw from the Velvet Collection at Harry Corry in Bloomfield Centre, Bangor, Co Down.
Quality is superb, good weight and 240 x 220cms perfect for our kingsize bed. So impressed by the quality and price I am choosing another in a different colour. This item does not show online so contacted HC Head Office, expecting to leave a message as this was a Saturday, but the call was answered promptly by Deirdre who advised that she would check stock in another store and arranged to call me back. Received a call a short time later, Deirdre has arranged a transfer in my chosen colour to my local store. Super impressed!!! Excellent Customer Service.

My worst experience with Vodafone in many years telephone them yesterday not very helpful with my problem about my phone line, joined in April the biggest mistake I ever made will not rejoin when my contact expired.

DPD was supposed to deliver parcel ordered via Amazon having waited in got email saying package deliver (with photo) say left in porch. I don’t have porch and photo not my house!!! Tried contacting Amazon but told contact seller? Seller said contact Amazon who said refund successfully sent (not) then got email asking me to rate their ‘World class customer service? Now currently no goods or promised refund. Buyer beware !!! Watch out folks!!

I use Halifax Bank for more than 20 years. In fact it is the only Bank I use in UK. In my opinion it is one of the best Banks in UK, if it is not the best. It's staff are well trained, very helpful with always beautiful smile on their faces. Today I had a problem with some transactions and I called them. Getting them through by phone was easy and they solved my query straight away. Well done Halifax Bank.

Lucky escape!!! I received a very polite cold call from a man purporting to be from Google! so very enthusiastic and promising the world!! i felt it was a bit suspicious when he asked for immediate payment, so I asked him to call back, but in the meantime could he email the offer to me? this was sent from a Gmail account and not Google, so I did some research at Companies House and on this site, only to find lots of very negative comments. Thankfully I didn't hand over any money.

Do not go anywhere near this company, a total waste of time, no new business, automatically take payment for the next month without contacting you.

Money wasted.
We have been overpromised and underdelivered.
The company was supposed to get us more customers but we actually only had one call from google over the month. Also, regarding the cancellation - they will send you a renewal email last minute so when you try to cancel, you have to end up paying for one more month.
Absolutely useless. We have never heard back from them with any statistics for what we paid.

Be careful as the sales team is so perfectly trained that they will harass you to sell. DO NOT BUY!

Like many others i was promised to be in the top 4 when searched for a number of key words i now can’t get in contact with them so i have contacted my bank to seek a refund as i was basically SCAMMED!!!

Stay clear this is a scam. Do not fall for it. Jon promised me I would be in the top 4 on Google and I couldn't find myself anywhere, using various different IP addresses. When you query this they tell you you will need more time to get results. Load of nonsense.

It’s a big scam people don’t listen to them they took £180 from me and said they will design me a website for my company and I will get a lot of jobs, and the website will be ready within 24 hours that was last week, since then no one answer the phone no one calling me back terrible scammers

THIS IS A SCAM Absolutely disgusted with the result and the service paid £360 for 2 adds was promised to be in the top 4 on Google. I couldn’t even find myself on Google at all never got one single phone call. When I complained they promised me a manager would call me back it’s been over a month now and no phone call every time I call it’s a different excuse / SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS

So thought it would be a good idea they say about Google etc however I had already done my Google then after taking 180 of my money they said they needed info....the info that was suspiciously removed from Google???? They have tried taking more money but they can jog on...it did not increase sales etc it hindered them.

If i could give a zero star i would.
Mis-sold over the phone. I was sold a 30 day trial. Turns out that is apparently a contract. Never once is this mentioned on the phone. They then require a 30 day notice period to cancel this said contract. I brought this to the attention of one of their staff members who wasn’t interested. He knows their sales pitch, this is why he wasn’t shocked.

Not had a single increase in traffic to my website throughout this time.
