Would 100% recommend Caddy Windows. From the start of the process, they made it so easy and simple!
Booked the first appointment to measure up, Greg came out and was really helpful. All very straight forward and talked through it all. We had a few quotes forward and back with different options which wasn’t a problem with them.
The fitting was expected to take 3 days, two men turned up promptly at 8am every day and cracked on. You wouldn’t even know they were here. They left the place spotless, tidy etc. Considerate to covering up using dust sheets etc.
Overall so we are so happy with their professionalism and promptness!

Craig is amazing and helpful.
Craig made this experience VERY easy for us. He was kind, knowledgeable, never made us feel we were being a nuisance. We are and older couple and the lick was being a little difficult. Craig came promptly and was super polite. He put our minds at rest that he would not leave or would come back again until lock was correct. Very professional company
Really pleased with our new windows and doors, excellent service from quote to completion. Jamie was very helpful when ordering, Scott & Craig fitted, both were respectful of our property clearing up behind each room. We were surprised at how little mess and disruption there was, we honestly thought there would be more! Really good workmanship
Really good workmanship, wouldn’t have even known the windows had been removed. Had every window and door done with no decorating needed. Very polite and cleaned up as they went round the house.

From the first visit to completion of the job, customer service has been excellent. Recommended to us by neighbours, they were certainly right that Caddy windows are great. Dan and Dan fitted the whole house in 2.5days, finishing early. Spotless job, no mess left behind. Showed us how to use the fittings. Can’t fault them. Thank you.

Shockingly poor
Shockingly poor. Even more so considering we used them before, and they were faultless. They caused unnecessary damage to the outside of the building by using way too much force removing old windows, but didn’t tell us this had happened. This is going to cost a considerable amount to repair - which so far they said is not thier fault or responsibility. If you hammer hard enough and for long enough, anything will break - is this not obvious? Took ages to supply, AFTER getting the money in advance (suggest you don’t take them up on this offer, which is tagged with a discount). Then fitted wrong fittings and not enough SECURITY locks. Came back to see what they had done and then nothing happens. No doubt this is all the customers fault?
Would never recommend or use again, and I can only assume this is staff turnover. If not thier standards have gone through the floor.

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the experience and works completed.
The issue arose due to the condition of existing substrates and consequential cracks to a specialist K-Rend finish, an element of making good which was not included within our original contract. We proposed, agreed and completed an aspect of making good, despite this falling outside the scope of works, to help resolve matters amicably.
Your comments on lack of communication have been noted and dealt with internally to help us improve moving forward.
We acknowledge that the number of sash locks requested were incorrect, but this does not compromise security due to the size of your windows. This has since been rectified, along with all other items to satisfaction.

We had 3 windows fitted today by Mike, if I could leave 6 stars I would he was absolutely brilliant very polite very tidy worker too. Stunning new windows and fantastic service from Caddy i would definitely use again and would recommend them. We've had terrible trouble with a new front door fitted (twice) by safestyle who were absolutely the worst company we have ever dealt with.
In this day and age of terrible service Caddy windows stand out a mile, BRILLIANT !!

Quality, professional, excellent customer service.

Great all-round service from Caddy Windows
Everything about using Caddy Windows for our downstairs windows and doors has been fantastic. We had a lot done - two front doors, a back door, bi-fold doors, and 6 windows, but it was all done so smoothly from design to survey to installation. In particular, we were really impressed with Jamie, Ricky and Craig's installation. They were all really professional, thorough and tidy, and did an excellent job with getting the windows and doors in. We will definitely use Caddy Windows again when we need more windows replaced.

Local is good
The recent addition of two more upstairs windows was made professionally, quietly and without any fuss.
The former windows had served us well for 35 years and we are confident that these will match that figure.
