You hear all sorts of stories about…
You hear all sorts of stories about double glazing companies, pushy, dodgy sales tactics, delays, lack of communication etc etc etc……… happily Caddy Windows don’t conform to ANY of the stereotypes!
From initial online query, where you design your own windows, to the final install, it’s been an absolute dream of an interaction!
We had one visit to check if we needed scaffold to fit the windows on the top floor dormer (we didn’t! And Caddy were the only company we found that didn’t want to add c£1000 to the quote for the privilege). We then had a full survey appointment to measure everything and go over the finer details. Again this was all no pressure, sensible adult conversations. We were given a fitting date there and then, and exactly 4 weeks later they arrived to do the install.
The fitters Ricky and Jamie were polite, considerate and tidy workers, who did a perfect job of getting everything in. No mess, no fuss, and more importantly no issues at all!
It’s already got the neighbours talking, so more business is highly likely to be on the cards!
I would have no reservations in recommending Caddy windows!

Beautiful door and window installation
From the start, J was very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to look at different options, which Instilled confidence in me for choosing their company, I thought this guy is professional, as I asked him lots of questions and he was able to reply with a confident knowledgeable attitude, he did not pressure which is what I like. The day of delivery was efficient S was very friendly, and it seemed he took pride in his work and enjoyed doing the job he was undertaking. It amazed me how it was all taken out very carefully. He installed the new door and window perfectly. I am very happy.

Good quality windows and doors
I recently had 2 doors and 3 windows fitted by Ben and Sam at Caddy Windows. The doors and windows are great quality and were well fitted. Ben and Sam were polite, conscientious and tidy. A few little issues were dealt with quickly and I was very happy with the work.

Great Caddy
A genuine window company who I could trust. Took time to ensure my new composite door and arched frame were exactly how I wanted them. Price reasonable too. The fitters were polite, professional and efficient whilst I liked the fact that all representatives came to my home in logo'ed company vehicles unlike the self-employed sales and fitters many other window companies use. Recommended.

We have a new door!
The fitter Scott came on time and began work straight away. He put down a protective sheet, fitted the new door - making sure any gaps were properly filled - and cleaned everything up really well when he had finished. He explained clearly to us how the new door worked and locked and gave us the new keys.
We were very impressed with his skills and attitude. We would be happy to recommend both him and Caddy Windows.

From first contact with Caddy everything has been brilliant, I phoned, the next day Greg and new recruit Joe came measured up, without the “ special offer “”price rise due” or “phone the manager “ CRAP they listened to what we wanted gave us some good advice and a sensible price compared to other companies.
When installation was arranged Ben and Sam arrived early morning started work hardly stopped for cup of tea all day, same next day, job completed by afternoon, all clean tidy hardly any disruption at all, just brilliant. Can’t praise Caddy Windows enough. Thank you all. Clive

Composite Front Door
Quick to come up with the design that was wanted and obliging to changes once the proposed design was assessed in situ. Discount for full payment up front. Installation delayed by manufacturing, but the colour and design chosen always hinted at taking longer than planned. Final installation quick and straightforward. Very pleased with the service and overall final product. Certainly planning to contract Caddy Windows for some future works.

We managed to pick the coldest days of the year so far but Craig was brilliant got the windows fitted quickly so we didn’t freeze to death not sure about him. This is the third job by Caddy Windows have been first rate every time
