Really good experience with Dan and Dan. The fitting of the windows went well and we’re very pleased with the finish of the trims particularly the wood work for the main window. All rubbish taken and cleaned up at the end of the job. Happy to recommend.

Great service, highly recommend
Great service, highly recommend Caddy Windows! Our initial contact was with Jamie, he was polite and knowledgeable when he came to the house. We were kept informed on the installation date etc. Jamie & Ricky came to fit the bi-fold doors, arriving punctually. They were brilliant, very professional guys. The installation and making the job good after was some of the best service I’ve had. Love the new doors. The only criticism I have is not much information was given on the price of servicing to keep the 10 year guarantee active.

Exceptional service and quality product
Clive at the showroom was very helpful when deciding our new front door. Even created an AI generated image to show what it would look like on our front door. Caddy Windows were then very quick to conduct a site visit to measure up and within 4 weeks our new front door was fitted. We're really pleased with it! Thank you, would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Having wanted to use a local company we were impressed with their service and the completed works, namely a replacement front door and new glazing in a bedroom window. Clive provided clear information on the available options during the initial home visit; Matt completed the survey; Joe dealt with an agreed change to the order; Keiran and Charlie arrived on time to complete the works in a timely manner; and the works were checked thoroughly by Craig, the Installations Manager, who also provide helpful advice on the exterior cleaning of the front door. Excellent from start to finish.
