Great service, great windows!
We had great service from start to finish! Our windows were installed by Kieran last week and he didn't stop all day, despite the terrible non-stop rain. Dust sheets all over the place to protect our flooring and beds, plus he was so tidy. Highly recommend Caddy Windows!

Caddy Windows installed a window for me yesterday, having installed windows throughout the back of my house a couple of years ago. On both occasions the Caddy Windows team has been nothing short of excellent at every step of the process. We chose Caddy windows on a recommendation from a friend, and very glad that we did. We had all the windows and doors replaced and they are all excellent quality. Mike our installer was amazing, from day one he just got on with the job, putting dust sheets down and clearing away afterwards leaving everything clean and tidy. He was a very pleasant young man, easy to get on with and can’t praise and thank him enough for all his hard work over the week he was here.

Great service in the showroom with fitting done promptly to a great standard. Fitters communicated any issues they encountered and made sure I was happy throughout.

Fantastic customer service
Caddy Windows installed a window for me 4 years ago and the window is great. The only problem is, at some point over the last few months I lost the key to open it (having locked it to stop my young daughter from leaning out of the window!). Today Jamie went out of his way to find me a replacement key, calling me back twice to make sure he had got the right one, which he then gave me for free. I would like to say a huge thank you to Jamie for his fantastic customer service and I would definitely recommend Caddy Windows as a great company!

New Composite Front Door.
We had a new composite front door assembly fitted in March. Unfortunately there were a few issues with the installation which were brought to the attention of Caddy Windows. The problems were dealt with promptly; we had a site visit from Craig who agreed with all our comments and he arranged for a visit to put things right. This has now been completed. Our complaint was dealt with professionally and Craig actually attended our home with Mark to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Both Craig and Mark did a great job and didn’t leave our property until they were sure we were happy. I judge an organisation on how it deals with complaints and I can’t fault the service we received, particularly from Craig.

The entire experience with Caddy was…
The entire experience with Caddy was great. From how you can design your window or door and get an accurate quote, to booking people to actually come in the house.
They made that entire experience very frictionless.
Then we got our door installed. The installer was professional, efficient and cleaned up after the installation.
The door looks great and is also doing the insulation job we wanted it to do really well.
I can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely love my Caddy windows and doors.
From the initial contact, survey and fitting I can not fault the service.
Was kept informed at all times, with regular updates.
The installation was scheduled around me, with panicky questions answered kindly and efficiently.
The engineer Mike was an amazingly skilled and efficient worker, updating constantly, cleaning and tidying as he went, even going the extra mile by texting me to make sure I was happy and giving 'what next' advice.
Honestly can't recommend highly enough - thank you

We were impressed by the communication…
We were impressed by the communication with Caddy leading up to the installation. Queries were dealt with promptly and professionally. The installation went smoothly and the team were polite and friendly and they worked hard against the clock to complete the job. They were generally tidy but there was quite a bit of tidying up outside in particular left for us to do. We are very pleased with the windows and I would recommend this company. It would have been good to know that a standard size wood trim is used for all window surrounds regardless of the size of the window. We would have preferred this to be smaller for the smaller windows. Overall the work was done to a good standard and we are pleased with the final result.

a great experience from start to finish, excellent sales showroom and ordering service. Door turned up a couple of weeks early, and was very professionally installed, with fitter tidying up after themselves. The quality of the door is outstanding and for the price offers excellent VFM. Everyone I spoke to has been very friendly and helpful. Quick turnaround between booking a visit and having the actual fitting, and on the day of the fitting I was really impressed with how efficient and tidy the whole fitting was. Really pleased with our new window as well.
