I asked for tire replacement told the team to bring special socket to remove the lug nuts but when technician came on location, he did not bring the special socket for removing lug nut. Wasted my time

I had a very disappointing experience with Cafu on November 3, 2024. I requested fuel and paid 92 dirhams, but when I checked the next day, I found that only a quarter tank was filled, which is unacceptable. I reached out to their customer service on WhatsApp, but received no positive response. I feel like I've paid for nothing.

Dont use cafu

They double charged me more than twice! My gut tells me they never refund the wrong charge! Sadly I won’t use them anymore ….

After I give a bad review still, they don’t care and they don’t do their work on customer service. I don’t know what to do and they didn’t refund my money. Nobody taking their responsibility.

Absolutely horrendous as a wash service company. The pilot called me to move my s huddled appointment earlier I agreed and since then it didn’t stop with calls: what did you order? Where did you park? What time can I clean until?
When everything is clearly stated on the app!! Otherwise what’s the point of using apps of I will be getting bothered in my meetings.
Top it all off when I checked my car this morning the drivers seat was piled with stuff that he couldn’t just put back where it initially was. Use ENOC!

I ordered for the full tank for super petrol for my car. When the guy has arrived, unfortunately i was not at home and the car tank was not opened.
He called me and told fuel tank is not opened, i will assign another person meanwhile you can come and open the car tank. Bus rather than doing this, he completed the order with 0.29 Litre petrol and minimum order of 45 has been deducted from my card. My Holding amount was 62.
I need explanation on this why 45 Aed has been charged for minimum order, and where is my 17 aed, while ordering you guys have not mentioned this. And your representative guy told me that he will assign another person rather than completing the order. I was charged for 45 Aed and still i dont have petrol.

The car wash service was very bad, i will never recommend Cafu to anyone!

My comment is for the Hiring team from the organization. Despite scheduling the interview for a specific time, the team showed up over an hour late, with no explanation or apology. This not only disrupted the schedule but also showed a lack of respect for candidates' time. To make matters worse, they extended the interview process unnecessarily, keeping candidates waiting for several hours without clear communication or updates. It's unprofessional and inconsiderate to treat candidates this way, and it certainly reflects poorly on the company's culture and values.
I believe it should be improved for your organization.

They owe me money. I keep calling and they say yes we transferred it back you just need to wait. They take you back and forth and play games and never give your money back. Stay away from these type of untrustworthy, low quality, money hungry companies.

Service fee added. Don’t promote it as same price as petrol station.

They have added a service fee of 2.95AED to my order. They used to do business advertising “ same price as in petrol stations “ . This is unethical.

If there was option for zero star i would have given tht. High price with terrible quality. Better get you car washed by mall parkings than cafu. Not at all cleaned

Worst service I have ever faced. They detect money from my account and I am following them from 5 hours and then they cancel my order and saying that I need to order again. I am on the road helpless. I would request new user please it’s a scam do not trust on them they are only making people fool.
They keep me waiting on the road from last 5 hours sweating head to toe…
Their so called polit are to busy keep people waiting.

I took out car insurance with Cafu. I went to collect my car and register it in my name but the insurance was not appearing. I then had to take out another insurance policy with them and pay the policy fee again in order to get the car registered in my name that day. I was due the refund in 10-14 days but have now been waiting over 6 weeks. They do not respond to their WhatsApp messages or emails. Very unprofessional.

I would never tell anyone to ever wash their car with Cafu. They used a power wash and damaged the PPF film on top of the car as a protection. I sent pictures of this to them and they are not accepting the damages incurred.

I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the recent service experience. The delivery person not only failed to locate my vehicle but also resorted to shouting, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company’s standards. Moreover, the refusal to refuel my car after I addressed the issue is both baffling and disrespectful. I expect swift and decisive action to rectify this situation, as it has severely undermined my trust in your services.

Cafu has been charging me double for 2 months. Initially they told me the app was having glitches and they will look at it then I noticed that the app has been charging for 2 cars ( I only have one car). I called cafu and sent emails and no response. This is simply fraud and it is too bad becoz the idea is great and used to save me time at the petrol station. But Cafu Dubai is doing fraud and someone has to look into it.
