Very uncuffient service. They promised their fueli on the way and every 15 mins changed the status of the driver. Made us being in danger and delayed. Very unprofessional.

Why have they gone downhill…?! In the past I’ve always been more than happy with their wash…until yesterday. The wash was horrendous- I had smears all over the interior, rubbish in the car bin still left in and they didn’t even bother opening the boot to vacuum. Upon complaining I was offered a refund of the amount spent, but where is the compensation for the time wasted?!
Silly me I’ve ordered a new wash again today. The clean was good but the driver took a few items with him! He even sent pictures of them to me by whatapp asking if that was what I was after. So apparently it is totally acceptable to help yourself to whatever there is in the car with zero repercussions.

It was a good service before. And now it is totally poor service ever. They are holding the amount from our Account and release it after 10 days if it's already charged also.
I have stopped their service and informing my friends too.

CAFU have taken 2 unauthorised payments from my credit card when I have not placed an order with them. Try using their customer service, an absolute disgrace and shambles with no one knowing what’s going on and no manager to speak to. A promise to get back to me in 24/48 hours with a response, 3 days later and nothing from them. Try calling again and the same useless customer service gives nonsense answers and kept saying “don’t worry”. Well I do worry when someone is stealing my money!

Batteries!!!! People be aware -10!
They give you faulty batteries just so they keep changing them Charing people extra in space of a just above tear time where as baiters should last 3 to 4 years! Dnt use it!

Great service in the region covering everything for your car needs. Started using them for emergency fuel once and since then using for all the services.

Refuelling always late, whats the use of choosing time frame for your refuel, people have their own schedules too. And after confirming of Abdallah Ahmad, still im waiting for 30 minutes ang counting. And when you message again to whatsapp, they are ignoring now🤦🏽‍♂️😡

Been using Cafu for fuelling since we moved to Dubai and got my car. Happy with its services and recommend car wash for families with kids. They do a great job.

For somebody who shares a strong dislike for queuing at fuel stations, CAFU has been a game changer. I also order premium wash if I need to clean the inside of my car and it’s always been great quality. Whenever there has been teething problems it’s always been resolved quickly. Zero complaints.

Apart from the fuel , they have one of the most convenient car wash services. The airfreshener is a nice touch, and it isn’t offered from other services out there. Love the emergency Tyre change too, saved me from a lot of trouble.

Have used the service for 2 years , since I got my car. Havent been to a petrol station.
I highly recommend their overnight fuel up , once you set up time from 12 to 5, you will find your car fuelled up in the morning

Incredible service! I never visit a petrol station any more. I mean, why would I when fuel comes to me at the exact same price. Love love love!!!!

Didn't go to the gas station since I started using Cafu.

I also tried the car wash once and I had some small comments on the final result but it is ok with respect to the whole experience.

Beware of this company they had scammed me and charged me twice for the same car and made me pay 485.80 dirham for a full tank !!!! I did not ask for full tank and only asked for 100 dirham !! Even my car capacity will not take 150 litter!!!!! They did not refund even after complaining four times and they insisted that the same plate number is 2 different cars!!!!!! They took my money without my consent!!

Cafu has the history of over billing, and used to steal petrol whenever asked for the full tank.

They charged me 58L petrol while my car full capacity has 50L, Lolx. And later on insisted that we are trained to fill more petrol in the cars even more than the capacity.
