Haven't been to a gas station in 6 years. Recently used the tyre change service which saved me going to the garage and wasting time.

Lets just say it is now a police case - do not use the cleaners who come do not take care a 75 minute premium wash was completed in 20mins. Customer service aren’t interested. Will not be using again. Reporting the carwash people to police. Take a video of your car prior to cleaning and after. Luckily we have cameras that have caught the whole thing.

Cafu’s customer service and accountability is shockingly terrible. For a complaint where their outsourced car wash destroyed the fabric in my car, Cafu came back to tell me it was my fault and the damage existed before despite that I have had Cafu car washes every 2 weeks and this was never reported.
I will NEVER USE Cafu again and will caution everyone against using this company. I will also be reporting to the DED.

I am utterly disgusted with the abysmal service provided by CAFU. I placed an urgent order for fuel delivery via their app between 12-2, and it's now 4 pm with no sign of assistance. Not only have they debited the money from my account promptly, but their customer service has also shown zero regard for my predicament.
Despite emphasizing my desperate need to reach home without fuel, their customer care representatives have callously brushed aside my concerns, displaying a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. It's beyond comprehension how a company can be so apathetic towards its customers' plight.
This ordeal has left me stranded and infuriated beyond measure. I implore anyone facing a similar situation to steer clear of CAFU. They promise convenience but deliver nothing but frustration and disappointment. It's a disgraceful display of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, avoid CAFU at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity. They epitomize the epitome of terrible service and should be avoided thanks

Every time I order fuel since the latest app update, the order gets cancelled, without any notification or explanation.

I report this on their WhatsApp channel, just to be advised the relevant department will be in touch in 24-48 hours.

Been waiting for car wash service for 6 hours now. I keep getting “regret to inform you we are late”, but not before I ask them about it. They shouldn’t accept and charge for service if they can’t do it.

Disgusting application!!!!

They never arrive neither refund the money or even try to communicate or have any explanation to what is happening!

The car cleaning is always disgusting never satisfied me with two-three time I tried them.

They have drivers never look at the maps they always have to call to ask where is location.

Really am very disappointed!

Cafu cleaned my car in February, damaged it by technician hanging off the roof rack rail, acknowledged their fault and more than 2 months later no reimbursement.

Concerned person ‘who will reply’ seemingly doesn’t work.

Terrible customer service. They don’t seem to have a problem taking money from your card before delivering the service though don’t seem to want to part with cash when it comes to fixing damage caused by their staff.

Not reliable, stay away from this service. Main issue is the rude drivers behavior and how they leave you short of fuel. What happened to me that Cafu driver arrived and rudely told me to come quickly. I told him if you are in a hurry just go and I will apply for another Cafu fuel request. He said he will wait for me, I moved directly to my car and got it out of my building parking (I have already told him the car in the building parking) and before reaching him of few seconds he started to move away. I used fuel service from Cafu like 10 times before and from same location and this is first time happened to me with rude driver.
I will not use Cafu service ever again, and I will return back to my relatives and friends whom I promoted Cafu for them before and inform them about this situation.

Booked at 10pm for a midnight to 5am slot. By 11am Cafu had still not arrived. The reason on the app was they were very busy! Poor service.

Cafu double charged me and been waiting 5 days to get this resolved. No one will contact me about it. The customer service is disgraceful. They promise phone calls and someone be in touch. Avoid using this service.

Horrible customer service,

We have been trying for over 6 weeks now to resolve an issue with the customer service! Only fake promises and excuses from the staff!

The person fueling our car broke the fueling door. We have raised the issue with the customer service but they are reluctant to solve this issue!

They double charge and good luck getting a refund on the second charge. This company is a bunch of thieves. Better to fill up your car at the gas station than use their service.

All the previous comments are inevitable true. Not sure how the customer service in Dubai nowadays can be this bad. Miserable staff, miserable experience

I ordered Cafu for fuel refill and ordered is already 5 hours late; the deducted the amount in advance and No service was delivered; this will be my last order with them. No live chat available no one takes the call and no one calls back, they also didn’t reply by email.

Simply! The worse service ever!

If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduled a car wash, their most expensive, the wash was dreadful with rubbish left in the car, marks and dirt all over the outside that clearly hadn't been touched. Most worrying were a number of items that had been removed from the car. I complained and was told to get a new wash I had to send proof the car wasn't cleaned. I explained I had no interest in a new wash and wanted the items returned but was ignored. I followed up but was cut off. I followed up again and two weeks later still nothing. Just disgustingly poor levels of service.

Don’t bother with these guys. Terrible service and terrible staff. Go to a gas station and avoid the headache

Is this theft?
On Friday evening I used their mobile truck at Sports City to buy fuel amounting to AED 120.05. Their debit/credit card machine declined the transaction, no idea why, so I paid cash. I later discovered that the transaction had been processed by my bank and so I've paid for the fuel twice!
Despite numerous calls to Cafu no one can tell me when the over charge will be refunded and, even though requested, no manager called back.
It's interesting that their Trustpilot rating is either 5 star or 1 star, with nothing in between. It's also worth noting that they have a 'department' dealing with this, it must be a big problem. I wonder how much money they're making on over night spot markets using customers illegally gained money...
I'll never use them again.

They have started charging cancellation fees on their orders now.
Aed 25 per order. BE CAREFUL.
