Bin sehr zufrieden
Als erstes hatte ich das Wimpernserum ausprobiert. Bei vielen anderen hatte ich einen roten Ausschlag am Wimpernkranz. Bei diesem nicht. Außerdem konnte ich recht schnell eine positive Wirkung feststellen. Vor kurzem habe ich den Wimpern Curler und die Wimperntusche bestellt und bin von beidem wirklich begeistert. Der Curler ist wirklich toll, er wird schnell warm und kühlt auch schnell wieder ab. Die Wimperntusche macht einen schönen Schwung und bröckelt nicht. Sie lässt sich gut abschminken und scheint ebenfalls einen guten Effekt auf die Wimpern zu haben. Ich kann die Produkte daher wirklich empfehlen.

I have quite a few Calisi products and I must say that all of their products are excellent. My favourites are the lip stains and the freckle pen, it is so versatile and I use this on my lips and eyes. I will definitely keep buying these products and want to try the mascara next. BUYER BEWARE OF LIP STAIN/LIP DESTROYER
So I dont usually write reviews unless I really love something, normally if a product or item didnt work out I just accept it wasnt for me and move on but this experience is something i am genuinely shocked by, after purchasing the eye lash curler I tried every method suggested on the item box itself and from customer service (apply to dry mascara, without mascara, after one layer, after 2 layers etc ensuring my eyelashes were clean and dry with no product on them beforeusing the curler) but the curl just wouldn't hold any longer than 30 minutes so just accepted it wasnt a product that worked for me so that was that, but with my order I received a free lip stain/tint and thought I'd give that a go, well I wish I never ever did! So following the instructions (having used dozens and dozens of lip stains in the past) I applied it and waited 2 minutes for it to dry then started to peel carefully and the lip stain REMOVED AN ENTIRE LAYER OF SKIN OFF OF MY BOTTOM LIP! to the point my lip is completely raw and bleeding! Never have i ever removed a lip stain and had that happen ever. I genuinely thought it must have just been a different sensation but when I seen the amount my lip was actually bleed and how raw it is to the touch I was completely perplexed. Absolutely gutted this product has left my bottom lip in an absolute state and even pressing my lips together is painful. THIS LIP STAIN SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT THE SKIN ON YOUR LIPS TO STAY ON YOUR LIPS! Beyond shocked and upset this has happened, especially as i am the maid of honor for my best friends wedding tomorrow so this happening is disastrous timing and really hope i dont ruin her photos with my horrific broken bottom lip :( I have emailed calisi to file a complaint about this incident and to warn current and future customers of this potential. I'm awaiting to here back so will update if or when I get a response. BUYER BEWARE OF THE LIP STAIN!

Customer service has been excellent as one of my mascars wands broke they are returning a new product to replace it within 2 days of reporting it .

Ich habe ein Produkt reklamiert und es lief reibungslos, ohne zu zögern hat das Team von Calisi mir das Produkt ersetzt. Ich bin somit sehr zufrieden. Nutze seit Jahren das Wimpernserum und muss sagen es ist toll. Kein Brennen kein Jucken in den Augen auch wenn meine Wimpern sehr langsam dichter und länger werden.

Das Geld nicht wert
Habe ein Paket aus Wimpernserum, Mascara, dem Wimperncurler und lipstain gekauft.
Wimpernserum ****
Mascara ****
Lipstain * - Farbe bei mir (selbst nach 30 min einwirken vor dem abziehen) gerade mal ne halbe Stunde bis Stunde
Wimperncurler ** - ohne Wimperntusche bleiben die Wimpern nicht oben. Mit Wimperntusche verflüssigt er diese wieder und verklebt sie Wimpern zu hässlichen Fliegenbeinen. Die sehen dann zwar lang aus aber als ob man zu dumm wäre sich zu schminken. Habe alle Tips ausprobiert. Das Problem bleibt.
Insgesamt das Geld leider nicht wert

I ordered the Freckle pencils which I love but to be honest I use them more for my eyes. The blusher I also bought I never got a chance to use as my friend saw it, tried it, pinched it, so I’ll have to get another one.

Nicht so überzeugend
Die Lippenstifte halten nicht annähernd 12 Stunden, und färben nicht durchgehend. Sieht nicht schön aus.

After care is amazing, contacted them with a product issue, they immediately shipped a replacement with a gift for the inconvenience, they were exceptional with helping.
The heated eyelash curler does exactly what the advert shows and make your lashes curl up and look longer
