Easy and pleasant replacement fulfillment experience...
It was easy to order a replacement cylinder online. I was kept informed of delivery date. Delivering company followed my 'if I am out' instructions and picked up old/ left the new cylinder in the out of view location.
I was texted real time when delivery was made and delivery driver responded immediately and so nicely to my checking tank was out of view.

Thanks for the delivery but from now on can your delivery driver leave/not touch MY gas monitor that determines which tanks are working. You refused to replace your monitor, so I had to pay for my own. Tell delivery people to leave it alone. When this gas run out ,it wouldnt workctill I physically turned it to the full tanks. Your delivery bloke turned it back to the new tanks??? Why??? You refysed blankly to change/pay for a new monitor so its my monitor. It works different , when two tanks empty,the system wont work till you change to full tanks. Your bloke turned it to the full tanks he delivered??? I did not touch your monitor please tell your delivery not to touch the monitor just change the bottles ALONE. Thank you for you attention, G.Curtis

Consistently bad customer service
Consistently bad customer service. An advisor told us they would provide with a refund for credit we had on our account, this was rejected by a manager but no one bothered to contact us to say so I had to call back again. The advisor I spoke to was argumentative on the phone, their DD system is ridiculous as you can’t have any credit back only once per year whereas other companies you can have credit back throughout the year. Terrible customer service, don’t communicate and advisors will argue with you that you are wrong even when it has been agreed by a previous advisor.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience and, in particular, that you were not contacted when the refund request could not be approved. I appreciate how frustrating it must have been to have to contact us again for an update.
In relation to your Budget Billing Plan, the monthly payment is based on an estimate of your annual usage and is reviewed over a 12-month plan year. As outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the Consumer Credit Agreement, an Anniversary Statement is issued at the end of each plan year to confirm the account position. Where an account is in credit by more than the equivalent of three monthly payments, an automatic refund is processed.
While we appreciate that this may differ from the approach taken by other companies, the Budget Billing Plan is designed around the estimated cost of annual usage and therefore credit balances are not normally refunded during the plan year, unless they meet the criteria outlined in the agreement.
However, I’m particularly sorry that you were not kept informed about the decision regarding your refund request and that your subsequent conversation with us left you feeling that your concerns were not being listened to.
I have requested your details through Trustpilot so that we can review what happened in your case, including the previous advice you received, and provide you with a further response.
