Great customer service and support
National company that was able to provide support and contact at a local level. Rang late on a Friday afternoon but nothing was too much trouble for Berkeley Griffin ( Sales Professional ) , he was polite, friendly and explained the process very clearly. Followed up emails either telephone contact. Great customer service!

Had a new Gas tank installed but I kept…
Had a new Gas tank installed but I kept smelling gas afterwards and so were my neighbours so I gave Calor Gas a call to report it. A very nice man named Andy Hopkins was with me within a couple of hours of my call and after examining the tank managed to locate the problem and fix it for me. I have since been around the tank but thankfully there is no smell of gas now.

Outstanding Service
I contacted three different companies to compare costs and find the best option for setting up a long term account. Alice from Calor stood out straight away with her excellent communication and helpful approach.
She was quick to respond to all of my questions and made the process of setting up an account straightforward and hassle free. Alice was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with throughout, which made a real difference.

We switched from FloGas to Calor
We switched from FloGas to Calor after our two year contract was up. Very happy with the professionalism of Calor, especially Ryan Dayhia who tracked the progress and kept us informed along the way. He went above and beyond, as FloGas tried every trick to keep us but Ryan helped which we really appreciate.
