Telemetry Engineer Visit
Had a visit from Telemetry Engineer Phil Deans today to fit Calor Telemetry to our existing underground tank. Have to say Phil was brilliant….first job he tackled was calming down our excitable dog to stop the frenetic barking then he explained what he was going to do and got cracking. Very tidy workman ( important when you’ve got a dog who sees tools as toys ) and extremely considerate of our property. Job finished, he checked to emergency shut off valve and noticed the contact number sticker was out of date so replaced that. Really nice guy, competent and professional and a great ambassador for Calor

Excellent Response & Customer Service
Easy to order by phone. Superb customer service by driver on delivery. We had a defective cylinder valve that was replaced within a few days without any quibble. The Peterborough office was extremely helpful on reporting the defect and remedying the issue. Thank you.

Had a chat to Dianne at Plymouth coc. She was so helpful . We have been with calor for more than 40 years and I wanted to know the current situation with the supply. She explained every thing clearly. And reassured me about every thing I asked. Then emailed me the paper work as promised. Then responded to another email I sent with no problem.

Excellent, friendly and helpful.
Excellent, friendly and helpful service from the delivery driver, James McCallum. He spent some time searching for a possible leak in the hoses and fittings and was able to declare that all was in order before he departed. It is a shame that the drivers are no longer able to supply a print-out receipt though, as having to specifically request an invoice from the Accounts Dept. after each delivery is a nuisance!

A "smar t" service
Realy like the Calor service . Refills, tank inspection + maintenance - all happens automatically without any needed input by me. A "smart" service!
Only negative: invoice after refills only show quantity, not the cost/price.
