We bought a fabulous new sofa from Camerich TCR. It looks good, is well made and extremely comfortable. In the showroom. Lexi did a great job explaining the options we had, showing us various fabrics, working out the pricing and what stock was available and when. The sofa arrived a week later at the time/date specified. All in all, very happy!

Excellent All Round
From the start there was a friendly welcome in the London store and a great selection of furniture. The order we placed resulted in delivery exactly according to plan. The delivery lads were extremely helpful in carrying the large sofa set up difficult stairs and then setting it up in situ. Lexi Stoklosa who we dealt with was extremely helpful - from the visit to store right through to delivery. Finally, the sofa is superb and looks and feels exactly how we envisaged it. Excellent all round!

From the moment I entered Camerich (by coincidence we were around the area) I immediately fell in love with their luxurious timeless styles which was also not overpriced. I also loved their super friendly service (Banu was lovely and helped me a lot). I ended up ordering a bed, but then a few days later I changed my mind and went for another one. They were so nice and flexible and now my bed finally arrived. Love the quality and overall, I would definitely highly recommend Camerich and will be buying from the again!

Sofa of our dreams
We love our new Camerich sofa - it's so deep and luxurious, super comfortable and will be really easy to clean up inevitable spills with the removable covers. Sascha was such a star and helped us though the process from start to finish, even getting us an expedited delivery - way sooner than we expected!

Best made to order sofa in London
We had our interior designer recommend Camerich sofa in our presentations. At first, I wasn’t impressed with the website, it’s only when we went to the showroom and saw the selection, quality, breadth of customisation and impeccable customer experience that we decided to place orders for several items. Sabrina from the Fulham showroom was extremely patient and helpful. Very good handovers between colleagues even while being away. We had everything delivered exactly within the timeline suggested. All items exceed expectations. Even though we had small hiccups changes in the order she was very kind to call and help rectify that. We have scouted most sofa brands, showrooms in west London and Camerich does stand out and is competitively priced. Some others had great sofas on the website, but products looked lacklustre in the showroom, significantly higher prices for choice of fabric or had terrible trustpilot reviews. I only wish we had more rooms to decorate as I will be returning customer.

Good service from a genuinely established player
I was very pleased that (1) Camerich still exist over 10 years since I first purchased a sofa and chair from them - it's a competitive market and some others come and go (2) That Camerich could supply replacement inner cushions for the very same sofa that I bought all those years ago (3) That arrival of the order was in line with the original 3 months that I was advised by Sabrina.
Delighted with the result organised by Robyn and fitted by a nice chap called Mike. A good deal too as I purchased during a Black Friday event, plus also a sustainable/greener solution [being able to replace inner cushions for both seat and seat-back, rather than having to buy a new sofa].

Excellent customer service
We had such good customer service from the Tottenham Court Rd showroom when we purchased a coffee table over the weekend. Sheer efficiency from Ishraq who is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the products.
Her other two colleagues, Viridiana and Cat were most friendly and welcoming too. It really enhanced the shopping experience.
We've had delivery of the item, since and are absolutely pleased with it.

Very happy sofa buyers
We bought a lovely sectional sofa from the Tottenham Court Rd store. The sales consultant, Cat Stokes, was extremely helpful both on the day and in her follow-up communication. The sofa was delivered promptly; the delivery guys happily carried it up the stairs and fitted it for us. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we'd definitely go back.

Excellent Service
